Very helpful and friendly staff good food and comfortable room I needed a handicapped room and it was perfect

An easy booking experience that saved over $1000 vs booking directly with our hotel. When I needed input regarding the area we were staying the @hotel group sent me back an email very quickly with some ideas for us.

You can find pretty good deals, the main issue i have is the web page, it´s a bit buggy. they also send a lot of emails reminding you of your reservation and offering their concierge support (which is actually pretty good)

Nihal and others team members were very kind, fast to reply and very accommodating to my questions and willing to help with all my requests.
The rates @hotel.com are really compatible and lower than anywhere else. The bookings are so ease and a lot of details are included so we can make educated decision and on top of it all its so easy to cancel with one button if you have to cancel your reservation, no hidden fees. I am so grateful for this service.

I had a lovely experience with one of your concierges who contacted the hotel I’ll be going to spend the weekend. We’re celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and they will organise a small surprise for him. Thank you so much for your support and collaboration! ✔️☺️

When we were purchasing the hotel there was said that we also had breakfast but when we came to the reception they said we didn’t have breakfast included. We were put in a room that’s in a basement with no light. And when we came to the room at 3 or 4 pm we didn’t have clean towels and the room wasn’t cleaned.

What made this experience great for me, is a man named Sahy, wow what an incredible asset to this company. He really went above and beyond, more than I have ever experienced in my life ! There was a mistake made on the original booking, him and the @hotel company made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a refund also for the mishap. Sahy spent hours, even of his own time not clocked in, working on this situation for us. I also got to know him a bit, and he’s the most compassionate, authentically kind and caring soul! Thank you oh so much to the amazing Sahy and @hotel

Got a good discount on the booking. Then had to adjust to one night as plans changed and it was a very easy. Mirna was a great help and immediately initiated and refund and changed the dates. All done within 10 minutes on chat service
