The professors hotel thank you …
I came to bodrum for dental treatment and it’s my first time ever travelling alone so very nervous.from my first minute entering @THEPROFRSSORSHOTEL I was made welcome.a beautiful basic but quaint hotel private and quiet with 1 minute walk to strip/beach areas.staff are so nice and the owner saadet is so helpful and accommodating.if I come back to bodrum I will be staying here .thank you so much for you’re help .

Im travelling to Iceland in Sept and I reached out to @hotel to help me with some concierge type queries and they resolved everything so promptly and were so lovely too! So happy to not have to worry about things when travelling to the other side of the world

Best travel website so far
I found about Athotel throw some post in instagram i said let’s give it a try , i was shocked with the prices, cheaper than the famous website at least 300$ in hotels i’m looking for . The customer service is 5 stars with Hala answering my email in minutes, glad i found Athotel and will be my number one website to book my hotels with

Fantastic Customer Service Experience
The hotel I originally booked with cancelled my reservation so I had to contact @Hotel for help. I was met with wonderful representatives who were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I'm beyond impressed with their customer service, I'll definitely be using @Hotel again for future bookings. Huge thank you to Sahy and Qetoo for their help!!

I had difficulty trying to locate an email address of a hotel I am going to stay at in Spain, as I wanted to request an earlier check-in time. I reached out to the @hotel support service and Omar assisted me with my request. He was super efficient and helpful!

Hassle free platform for booking accomodation
No hassles with booking. Prices displayed upfront, no hidden charges. More often than not, prices are lower than other platforms.
We have multiple bookings on this platform and had to cancel one of them. We got the refund within a day without any issues.

Seamless Support
Had a great support experience with Omar! Due to an issue, we were unable to make the trip to Amsterdam and had to cancel our hotel. The website had a bug and wasn't letting us cancel. Got a prompt response on chat from Omar who made it easy.
