€1000 euros stolen , see trip advisor , staff retrieved bag with passports iPad and €1000 euros fro the safe in the room , the money vanished , management not interested , police were their friends when they turned up 😡😡

Hidden Gem

Used tripscout to book a 5 star hotel in Capri (Hotel Mamela) which would have been £1000pn for 3 of us, but instead we only paid £300pn which was £100 each which is unheard of. The hotel was amazing and they even offered us an upgrade. You can get some great bargains on this website - hidden gem.

@hotel helped me find the best hotel at the best price

@hotel helped me find the best hotel at the best price for my quick trip to Venice. The staff was helpful & when I was having computer problems accessing the deals they were patient & stuck with helping me so that I could get the best deal possible. Additionally I needed airport transportation from the airport to the hotel because I was arriving after the hotel shuttle stopped running & they were extremely helpful at connecting me with a service that I could use for the transportation & even checked back to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend them & use them again.

The price and booking experience with…

The price and booking experience with @Hotel was very good. They gave very reasonable price as compared to other booking sites. The problem was with the restaurant, it was not 4 star hotel at all. Service was bad and lack of proper management.

Bang for your buck

I've traveled and booked my hotel stay through @hotel several times and the experience is always more than satisfying, perfect little gems of hotels that make your stay much more pleasant than you'd imagine. On my last booking I had a personal problem and I had to cancel my reservation, the customer service representatives went above and beyond to help me, I am truly grateful for what they as a team did.

This company is not trustworthy…

This company pretends to be more professional then they are. We experienced prices changes and cancellations on our booking. There is zero customer service and when finally we asked to receive confirmation that our data is completely removed from their records we get no confirmation and only generic frustrating canned emails that we must sign up for an app in order to do this. Again, zero customer service and they do not live up to their promises or facade.

They continually promise things and not deliver. Everything is "cut & paste". It's not real. We will never use them again.

Wonderful stay at the Ibis Hotel

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful a two night stay at the Ibis hotel in Bournemouth. Polite and friendly front desk staff. Spacious and clean chalet rooms. A large comfortable bed welcomed us to a glorious night’s sleep. Very close to the beach and all restaurants in Boscombe. We will definitely be returning again soon. 🙏🏼👍🏻

Très mauvais souvenir - 3 jours de perdus et gâchés!

Via nos investigations sur le site @hotel, nous avions choisi de réserver personnellement en téléphonant à l’hôte directement, une suite 535 au Bonalba hôtel Alicante - du 15/08 au 17/08/2023 pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, dont un à mobilité réduite. Ce fut un désastre! 2 nuits - 3 jours, un 85m2 pour plus de 650€, composé d’une chambre, une salle de bain SANS DOUCHE et une CUISINE SANS VAISSELLE, alors que les normes de l’hôtel mentionnent «VAISSELLE COMPRISE ». Pas du tout propre et personnel sans attention adéquate pour un 5 étoiles?
ATTENTION: restaurant de l’hôtel suggère des plats quasi immangeables. Hôtel assez mal situé si vous désirez sortir car assez désert aux alentours. Donc, vaut mieux être véhiculé. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais et vivement déconseillé ! Malgré toutes mes démarches à l’amiable aucune possibilité de remboursement ou compensation financière; une réduction pour une prochaine réservation ne nous servira à rien car y retourner serait un gâchis total !
ATTENTION LES VACANCES APPROCHENT FAITES LES BONS CHOIX ! Nuls n’est préservé des arnaques coûteuses !
