Hello madam. We have not sent you anything, i think it's an error of the system. Your order is still to be dispatch, for the problems of Brexit that we have already informed you in previous emails, , and so, this request was not to be sent to you.We are sorry, an error of TrustPilot.

Paid £25 for delivery within 5 days
Paid £25 for delivery within 5 days. Took 10. Made complaint and asked for money back and basically they passed the blame onto the postal service. Not good enough
For that price it should have been next day courier. Will never buy from you again. You failed on your end and have cost me a lot of money having missed appointments with my mechanic. I will not be using you as a supplier again and would advise against using you to anyone looking for parts.

Hello sir.
I'm sorry for your negative experience with this order. But you see, Christmas period is the worst of the year for shipments. And, consider that we dispatched from ITALY (So, you are talking about a Next-Day-Deliver, that is impossible from Italy To UK).
And, we dispatched at the 9 of December, because the 8 was public holiday in Italy. your parcel was delivered at the 18 of December by Royal Mail, so, i think the shipment was good, after all.
So, hoping, considering this summary, that you will consider your feedback. If not, no problem. We wish you a Merry Christmas, that God bless you and your family.

Saluti! ATB Parts
