Replacement wing/door mirror
Excellent service all the way from ordering to delivery.
There was a problem with the mirror not having the springs installed at the factory. I got back to ATB immediately with photos and a very helpful customer service representative (cannot give names, but F you know who you are), helped me step by step to solve the problem which eventually had me installing the springs myself!
So many thanks to the company and to this person in particular.

Hello sir,
We have verified your picture in your ebay issue, and, we have found that the operator in warehouse, instead of pickup the code 800915, took instead the 801915. So, it's another item.
We are so sorry for this error, it could happen.
We are making you a complete refund now.
Again, it was a Human error. Our workers actually are very poor number for the covid situation in Italy, and they are so tired for the big work they have to deal with.
Regards
