I reported my washing machines leak on…
I reported my washing machines leak on Thursday 2nd July, an engineer came out on Monday 6th, (he would have come out on Friday 3rd but I had a hospital appointment) Alex from Assure rang me and told me they were going to replace my washer with the upgraded model, as mine was obsolete, on Wednesday the 8th. The service was fantastic, Alex,s attitude and care was exemplary and the speed with which the problem was solved was incredible.

I’ve spoken to Alex a few times and he’s been so very helpful. My washing machine sounded like it had exploded. Anyway next morning the engineer came out. They said it couldn’t be repaired so Alex has organised straight away for a new machine to be delivered. All so quickly and no trouble at all. Very efficient and very quickly he had it all sorted.

The way I was put at ease by Alex he was professional and answered all my queries with ease ,

I rang mark today to let him know my mothers tv had stopped working and within 30 minutes he had arranged for a new TV to be delivered tomorrow and for the old one to be taken away free of charge, excellent service and very polite I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. Mark who dealt with my query today was exceptionally efficient and swift and courteous. The new appliance is being delivered tomorrow. Query resolved in under three hours.
I would not ever use another insurer.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company! Sales people are very pleasant but when I reported my oven needed repairing, they sent an engineer they dont normally use, who demanded payment and became abusive when we refused, leaving the oven in pieces on the floor. After a week, Assure told me the oven was obsolete and that they would replace it. They then said they would replace my double oven with a single oven and when I said this was not acceptable, offered me £300. I said I wasnt happy but took the money as I needed an oven. I could not buy an equivalent for £300 so was out of pocket and emailed their Complaints dept. After 10 days and no response, I emailed again and received an aggressive, rude and bullying call from Mark, who hung up on me. I was lft upset and shaken. I have written to Assure management and am awaiting a response but you would be better putting money into an account and getting interest on your money than using this company.
Excellent efficient service
I have had an insurance policy for a number of years for my washing machine. This week it decided to die! The engineer Leo arrived to try and fix it but to no avail the diagnosis was terminal. Mark at Assure protections phoned the next day to arrange for a new machine which will be delivered tomorrow. The whole experience was totally painless and the result excellent.I would have no hesitation in recommending Assure protections Ltd.

New washing machine
My washing machine had been playing up and after a wash I opened it to it smoking and smelling like fire. I called Assure insurance and spoke with Mark, I didn’t have the policy number to hand but it was no problem and he got the policy straight away with the postcode. I told him the problems and he said he’d speak to an engineer and call me back. Within 5 minutes he had called me back and informed me that they believed the washing machine was unrepairable from the information provided and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time sending an engineer so was willing to replace the washing machine. He enquired about my criteria of brand, colour and drum size. Asked if next day delivery would suit me which was perfect as a family of 4 adults plus a 2 year old, a day without a washing machine creates a week of washing! He informed me it would be delivered by AO whom I’ve used before so was pleased it was with a reputable company. I called Assure at 2:15pm and had a new washing machine by 7am the next day. I was very impressed and can’t fault them for the service I was provided. No squabbling or trying to wriggle out of any obligations, straight forward, easy and completely stress free!

Our washing machine unexpectedly tripped our electricity supply to the plug sockets in the kitchen.
I rang Assure Protection immediately. Their Customer Service person said he would get their plumber to contact us.
As it was the end of the day we didn’t receive a call until the following morning. On explaining the situation he was able to diagnose over the phone that the problem was to do with the electrics within the washer and that the washer which was 15 years old would need to be replaced.
Within minutes of ending the call, the gentleman from Assure Protection rang us to say that they had arranged for a replacement washing machine to be delivered within 72 hours, fitted and the old machine taken away.
This made what could have been a protracted and messy situation quite straightforward and simple, for which we are very grateful for the service received.
Exceptional customer service.
This was a great experience of how to treat a customer. I received a very personal caring service without any hassle from assured protections. It did what it said on the tin and I am happy worth the outcome. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a stress free appliance insurance.

Asurre protections sent an engineer out to me this morning as I had problems with my washing machine. The engineer diagnosed the fault, contacted AssureProtections, who they then contacted me within 30 minutes. A new washing machine is being installed tomorrow. A big thank you to Alex from Assure Protections and to the engineer from JJ Domestic Appliance Repairs who acted swift from our initial call and provided a fantastic service.

Our FridgeFreezer broke down and with one phone call Assure sorted it no problem at all, we had an engineer out to look at it the following day and because it could not be repaired a new one is being delivered today . All in all couldn't have asked for better service would highly recommend to anyone they are always very helpful and corteous everytime . THANK YOU SO MUCH ASSURE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

Whilst on holiday this company rang me several times to buy cover for my washing machine.
I return home to a washing machine not working.
My husband rang the company and we were told that we cannot claim before 30 days and are not covered.
I retrieved the tc and can see it is 14 days, however you have took my payment from day 1.
I have never dealt with a ruder more condescending

He basically said we took the cover knowing the machine was broken ? The company contacted me !
For a young man to be talking in this way is a disgrace , I have 2 well mannered professional children.
Please do not use this company.

Please supply the telephone records you say you have listened to .
Please also check how many times you called my phone to insist we take this cover.
You only sent a letter in the last week , your telephone call does not mention this.
Did you send any emails clarifying our conversation ? I don’t seem to have any.
Your operator also put the phone down on me !which I find very rude.
I explained we were pensioners as your recording will clarify And could not really afford this , you then changed to yearly payments.
You relied on our trust to get the payment, yet you will not accept a legit claim on a mere technicality.
I will this to a solicitor if I do not receive a suitable reply.
