Excellent support and service.
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent advice and support I received via the phone. I am especially grateful as I had to return the ordered (excellent) product in the end as it proved unsuitable for my husband due to the particularities of his condition. Donna was friendly and helpful and arranged for a little extra trial time so we could be sure of our decision and then facilitated a very easy return process.

They care and they understand the needs…
They care and they understand the needs of disabled people. The shopping experience is smooth and easy, They always answer any questions quickly and with helpful replies. They treat their customer base with respect and turn to the community for real lived experiences with the products (and compensate extremely well for time spent). I really respect Assist Mobility’s ethos and highly recommend them to anyone looking for items to assist disabled individuals.
