i am very pleased with the beACRE rolator, it keeps me far more upright, the design of the handles creates far less pressure on my damaged wrists. It is far more stable than the three wheeler I already have, and it goes well over our gravel drive too!

The ultralight rollator deserves its name. It is the only rollator that I can lift with ease and put in the boot of my car. I am ninety and I have spinal troubles. It certainly makes one stand up properly and it moves with ease. I am delighted and grateful to the designers! It came beautifully packed and was ready to use.

I have used Assist Mobility before and they are brilliant. My walker arrived within 2 days; it was well packaged, and no assembly was required. I also did not have to pay VAT, which saved me money.

I bought my Carbon Light Rollator in May 2024. The quality is excellent and the service I received was first class. The Rollator was delivered the day after ordering.
Using the Rollator can be a little strange with the state of pavements but once I got used to this it has been fine. It's all matter of taking notice of the terrain and going steady.
It is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
Only had one problem, nut came loose on seat locking mechanism and I lost it, the bolt and spring. However replacements were sent out straight away and I have fitted them. Next day delivery again.

Very speedy delivery of order

The backrest was nearly impossible to fit. in fact, its still not fitted on properly, in spite of my daughters assistance. Its also overpriced at over £50..Not very pleased.

I recently bought a carbon ultralight rollator, plus travel bag shortly after, and it has definitely lived up to my high expectations. Kim in particular has been extremely kind and helpful on the phone - and especially in swiftly sending out a vital screw that had gone missing. All of which has been greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered a walker from Assist Mobility and the included bag was faulty. Assist Mobility contacted me within an hour of me emailing them and explained that they would send me a replacement, but unfortunately they were waiting for new stock from Denmark. They estimated 3 weeks until delivery, and emailed me with confirmation of the replacement and expected delivery. There was a delay in them receiving the stock from Denmark but Assist Mobility did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout. I never had to chase them for information and I really appreciated their updates. I think Assist Mobility has excellent customer service, they are trust-worthy and I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you.
