I ordered #2001715376 on July 2nd, today is August 8th and the painting has not yet been shipped. My previous order #2001709444 also took a very long time to arrive.
The delivery time is not what was advertised on the website. I am extremely disappointed with Art.com due to the slow service.

Broken and delayed shipping
I’ve ordered many framed art pieces from here and it’s always been a lovely experience but this time was different…shipping took well over a month and when they finally arrived, one print had come loose inside the frame. I know I should return the frame and allow them to fix it but that’s not going to happen. I’ll take the time to repair it myself

I loved the artwork despite a few wrinkles in the canvas at the side corner, but due to confusing order updates, I sent two emails which were never acknowledged. I don't think anyone reads them.

Poor quality of print. The frame of the original artwork was printed as well which looks strange and was not even cut evenly.

The photo was nice but it has creases…
The photo was nice but it has creases on it where it was folded while being delivered. I wish it was a little more secure to have prevented that.

The items were nice - which is why I gave it three stars, however the order was delayed by weeks - the customer service sent an email that clearly goes out to all w the same
Problem - saying the art is delayed and no further information available. It was very hard to get in touch and delivery status was never updated. A month or so
Later I got the art - but was put off by the lack of response and customer service
