I am impressed by the quality of the print and framing. The only issue I experienced was the length of time it took to have the two pieces delivered. FedEx took too much time to have it actually delivered after you issued a shipping label.

Bad framing job!
The picture ordered arrived with the staples on one side located in front of mat,thus pushing the mat and picture away from the glass , leaving a gap. I had to take the entire frame apart and remove the misplaced staples, put back together again. I was not happy. Shipping took longer than expected. Luckily I know how to frame pictures and had the equipment necessary to do so.

Vibrant Color!
I was very very pleased with the quality of my print. The beautiful picture looked like an original painting of purple iris. The heavyweight paper it was on felt like a canvas. Highly recommend!

Delivery issues
I have two homes. The pictures were sent to my home in Phoenix, which is my billing address, and not sent to my home in Dana Pointe as I requested. It took over three weeks to receive the art because of a delay in your distribution center. I called and spoke to a customer service rep. She told me two new ones will be sent out immediately to Dana Point. I received an email saying that they are also delayed.

Disappointed
Two opposing corners of the frame did not meet. The only way I could fix it was to use wood filler in the gaps. Also, there appears that the print has a partial fold or maybe a printer error in the middle.

Disappointed
I ordered 2 large framed prints as a gift for my husband on our 40th anniversary. First, my order was delayed and didn't arrive on time. Then, I only received one framed print and I still don't know what happened to the other one. When I first contacted ART.COM, I was simply told that my order had been delivered. I had to contact them a couple more times and was told I would receive a refund. I hope I do. I hesitated about giving only one star.

Excellent canvases!
The prints are of excellent clarity. I am very pleased. It took longer than usual to receive them, but worth the wait.
The only complaint I have is that they arrived via an independent shipper a day earlier than expected. It was pouring down rain. I heard a truck outside and decided to check what it was doing. They had my canvases. Had I not checked they would have been exposed to rain.
