It was easy to pick out art and several sizes and framing options to choice from. The art arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected. The pictures were just as expected. One small item is the art arrived several days before I got the email notification that the art was arriving.

I ordered the blue heron pictures and they are absolutely gorgeous. The colors are so real and they look great in my bathroom. It took a little long to get them but when they arrived the packaging was something else. These pictures were so well packaged. They had bubble wrap around them taped down then more bubble wrapped and a pice of cardboard in front of of the picture itself to protect it. I have never received anything packaged like this before. Extremely well done I’m very happy with my purchase. Don’t hesitate to buy from them because your pictures are extremely well protected. I give 10 stars

A waiting game
It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have even a guesstimate of when my order will be completed. I’m giving them a bonus star for being honest about the problem (something about a reorganization of their manufacturing process - it was kind of double-speak but at least they tried). Not sure why I haven’t cancelled the order - maybe I’m curious to see how long it will actually take. In the meantime, I’ve gone elsewhere for some other framing projects that have come up. Proceed with caution.

It took almost a month for the art to arrive when I initially ordered it was estimated to be a week. When the framed art arrived, the pegs to hold the art in place had moved, the print was Bowed out and not Laying flat in the middle.

Adequate... but not as impressed as in the past :(
The framed canvas art—when it finally arrived—was nice enough. But the order took forever (was inexplicably delayed), and when it did, the shipping package was wrecked. (Fortunately, the art was protected well enough that it was undamaged.) Disappointed that this large piece has only one hanging wire—with too little tension, at that—across the back; most of my other prints from Art.com have a looped wire (making two pieces), and good tension for hanging.
