Easy stairlift purchase.
Our initial consultation with Chauncey was very helpful. He was exactly on time and answered all of our questions. When we selected the stairlift we wanted Chauncey was able to schedule the installation the next day. The installation was flawless. Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. This stairlift changed our lives.

Perfectly satisfying experience from start to finish.
The salesman was friendly and helpful in making our selection. His experience really made the decision easy without pressure. The scheduling was simple. Just pick a day and a time and if available, it was booked. The installers arrived on and at the scheduled day and time. Not early, and not late.... Perfect. Installation was done in one day as promised and it was very apparent that the installer was experienced and quite qualified. The service department was also up to the task. Two days after installation and use, there was an unexpected problem. Once contacted, the repair was done that day. Just a minor alignment but tested for operation repeatedly by the technician. We are very pleased with the ease of operation and the color choices that were available.
