Almost never review anything
Almost never review anything, good or bad. But installation and service was so extraordinary, I feel compelled to compliment. On short notice, installation accommodated my deadline pressure. Everything/everyone on time, as promised. Arranged for prompt inspection by city. All personnel personable, polite, efficient - office, on-site sales, installation.

Two gentlemen c measurements…
Two gentlemen came to take measurements and they were on time ,and very professional.David and Steve thanked my husband for his service when they discovered he had served in Vietnam. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. Then again on the day of installation Walter was on time and had the chair installed without any mess or delays . My 90 year old mother who had fallen and broken 3 of her ribs and was in the hospital during the whole process was so very delighted and happy when she used the chair lift . She told me after she got up the 9 steps that she had really been worried about how she was going to get up the stairs . Thank you again . We would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is needing and looking for the safety and convenience you offer .

Wonderful service and good product
Everyone we spoke with was great. Answered our questions, and gave timely responses. We had the unit installed and were walked through the process. When a "glitch" happened after installation, staff came out withing a few days and repaired the unit. It was a smooth, effortless process and they were a great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Everyone very helpful
Everyone from sales, customer service, and the service technicians were absolutely fantastic! The gal in the local office in Duluth called to the office in Minneapolis to send a guy to install my stair lift the next day as she knew that it was hurting my legs to use the stairs and she didn’t want me to have to struggle through out the weekend going up and down.

Thank you, Renee, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re glad our Duluth and Minneapolis teams were able to coordinate quickly and help get your stair lift installed before the weekend. Knowing it helped spare you from having to keep struggling with the stairs makes that extra effort especially meaningful to us!

Order process and installation went…
Order process and installation went without incident. The 2 installers were knowledgeable and courteous. The stair lift, once installed, was considerably more than I had envisioned. Arrow Lift's product allows my amputee mother-in-law to once again travel outside of one floor of the house. To her, and to my wife and me, that is priceless. A few misunderstandings at the onset were immediately delt with. I voiced my concerns and the CEO of Arrow Lift, Mr. Pete Newstrom, contacted me directly and he personally addressed and solved the misunderstanding. Mr. Newstrom apparently believes that in his company, the buck stops with him. That is a concept that I agree with, and appreciate. I recommend Arrow Lift to any and all consumers who find themselves in need of mobility.
Thank you Mr. Newstrom and Arrow Lift
