If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought 2 of the “indestructible dog toys” now I know that no dog toy is indestructible but I expected them to last more than a matter of minutes. Also the item description stated “no stuffing” that was a lie. Had to go through PayPal and although I showed evidence they said there were no problems with the items. Got a partial refund in the end as they wouldn’t back down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! i purchased a dress and the sizing was completely off! i have emailed over and over they will not return the item as say it will cost more to return than the item itself, they wont even give me the return address! they have offered me £2 compensation. its obviously an automatic email I keep getting back the service is disgraceful please don't buy from them. I wish I had read reviews before buying. I will also be reporting to trading standards.

Product was insufficiently packed (in a plastic bag). One interactive ball was cracked the other ball a nobbler came off whilst my puppy was playing with it. When emailed customer services wouldn't send replacement or refund 15.00 which I had paid but offered me to return at my cost or accept 2.00 as compensation. I feel this product is not suitable for a animal to play with as could be dangerous. I am very disappointed 😞 in both product and service.

Please don’t buy from this firm, the item was delivered and the sizing was so out that I contacted them as per their returns policy and they are NOT returning my money and won’t allow the item to be returned. PLEASE BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

BEWARE. ordered a cat ornament. It is clearly faulty as it has no way of standing up. Customer service is appalling. I sent them a video showing that the ornament had no means of standing up and their response was “find something to stick on it”.

Ordered a personalised blanket for my granddaughter and it arrived after 5 weeks with the wrong name on. Advertised as £21.99 and free postage. Actually Cost me 21.99 + 4.40 vat + 2.50 postage. (Which Royal Mail made me pay before delivery) sent 8 emails over 10 days and all I got was we need the QR code from the packaging. (There was no QR code on Any of the packaging) scam most definitely. Thankfully I got a refund from PayPal. Will never buy from here again !

I bought & just received a necklace for my granddaughter from this company, it took about 8 weeks to receive & it is tiny. I have to say the chain is very poor quality. It is very flimsy & feel it will break very easily. Very disappointed ☹️
I wrote a review & surprise surprise they deleted it & I have not been able to find them since, I am convinced they have changed the name on FB as the product appears under several different names. I would definitely not recommend this company. Do Not Waste Your Money

Absolutely shocking. Ordered the necklace for my Grandaughter. The Necklace looked lovely but it was the lovely wording that caught my eye...When the gift arrived it was OK but it arrives in a Shoddy Old Ring Box with absolutely no wording ( AS ADVERTISED )the box is just so cheap and even has a slit for where the ring should be - Only it's not a ring I ordered. Emailed them and they sent a really rude 'We have checked and your order is correct' well, no actually it isn't correct it's a rotten ring box and now I will have to purchase a new box and add my own little note - Absolute Joke. Do NOT fall for the lovely boxes that contain wording as this is not what you will receive.

Thought this company looked dodgy & wish I hadn’t fallen for their FB ad for a pretty piece of jewellery for a granddaughter…I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for it to be delivered & it appears to be somewhere in America!
If I put a comment on their FB page that isn’t complimentary, like all the other glowing reviews, it soon disappears!! Not sure if I’ll ever get my item & if it will be poor quality if I do!!

I ordered a dress very recently in size small from anynumberof.com which I became aware of via Facebook. It took a while to arrive, when it did it was massive, could have fitted me 3 times over. I immediately contacted the company and provided a picture of the scan code plus all the information they requested but despite all this they refused to give me a refund and told me to gift the dress as it was a top seller and of great quality!! I couldn't believe this extremely poor response and was appalled at their poor customer service, plus the website did the dress justice, the material was not of a good quality and looked nothing like the pictures on the site. My advice is not to buy anything from this company, I wish I hadn't! Don't bother with them, they're unaccommodating and merchandise is poor quality.

Ordered 2 dresses, the material was awful and the fit poor. They were advertised as cotton blend but with no label in the dresses I couldn’t check. They would not give me details to return and said that as they’d sent what I ordered they couldn’t help me further. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before purchase.

Ordered 2 dresses both size XL as suggested by the size guide. One fitted, the other was far too small. I was told it was too expensive to return so they suggested I buy another one and give one away! They offered me a £5 refund which I accepted but I still ended up paying £35 for a £20 dress.
