I ordered som socks over an only ago tracking followed and arrived at my destination to say retuning back as address incomplete, address was correct. Contacted to say wanted a refund and they say that they won’t receive them back so can’t refund.

To send again I would have to pay, no chance scammers all over

Ordered on 1st November still not had my order. Contacted them a number off times to be told to be patient and they will be here. But then to be told that they have arrived at Manchester on the 30th November but now to be told they have been resent. So I will be requesting a refund now. I will not be ordering from these again 😒

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrendous company. Ordered the knitted sloth socks and received a very cheap, poor quality pair.
Contacted seller, and after taking £15 from my bank, offered another pair of the same and £2 compensation if I still wasn't happy.
Requested a full refund as I did not receive the item as advertised and after numerous emails their response was.... We tried our best!!!
They know they have have no repercussions, and I find it shocking that these companies are allowed to advertise on social media.
Mad with myself as I always check reviews, but just didn't on this occasion.

Been waiting for my item for 4 weeks now. Contacted the seller three times now and been told each time that they will contact the courier and be patient. My patience ran out after the 4th week and will be claiming my money back. I should’ve looked on the reviews first and advise others to do the same.

Would give no stars if possible.Ordered a pair of sloth socks. Looked great on site. Randomly added £3.99 onto the bill and a delivery fee once order had gone through. Socks arrived but looks nothing like they do on the site. Shocking company to deal with. Avoid at all cost

I have ordered a hoodie in XL size when I put it on the sleeves are ridiculously short as it was XS size
Normally I wear L size bit on their website they recommend men to go one size higher but sleeves are outrageously short FAR TOO SHORT
I asked for replacement they offer max £4 refund , will never buy anything from them 😤🤬🤮

Item is not authentic, bad quality and sizing is wrong. Refusing refund although website says they are happy to refund. DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS

Still no hoodie still no refund, it has been months, am contacting trading standards and the ombudsman, hope the get the job done

One star because it’s not possible to give zero stars. I bought a dog toy for my older , unwell dog. The item took so long that sadly my dog was no longer with me when it arrived. That was bad enough, but on unpacking the toy I realised it was the most rubbish thing I’d ever bought. It cost me £15 so I was expecting something robust or at least something that wouldn’t be destroyed in 2 seconds. The thing is actually dangerous. You need to charge it via a USB, but the charge lasts about a min. This company supply absolute tat and should be avoided at all costs. Do not be taken in by their advertising. Items come from China, take ages to arrive and are worth a fraction of the cost. Shocking that they get away with supplying dangerous rubbish .

Can I give a minus?
I ordered 2 items (preparing for Christmas) and as was offered extra discount, ordered 2 more.
The amount quoted for the items was then increased by £5 extra to be taken from my bank.
I tried to cancel both orders straight away, having then read the reviews. Their website says cancellations cannot be made after 12 hours. I cancelled within minutes!!!
Cannot get money back from my bank account so have lost over £45!

This “business” - and I use the term very loosely - are operating outside their legal obligations, as well as theft. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I tried to cancel the order within minutes of placing it because they overcharged my card. The order summary said “£24.99” and free delivery, but my bank said £32.67 had been taken. They refused to cancel the order and repeatedly told me to wait for the order to arrive before I made up my mind. My mind was made up. I did not want to deal with fraudsters. Too late, apparently, as it had “already been despatched”, even though I had only placed the order minutes earlier.

I emailed repeatedly to cancel the order over the next few days but they refused to do so and repeatedly told me - to the point of banging my own head on a wall - to wait patiently for my order to arrive before I made up my mind, as it’s their most popular product.

As soon as it arrived, I emailed again the very same day to enquire how
To return it, unused, unopened, for a full refund. I was told at this point to maybe try to before I decide, as it’s their most popular product. I emailed repeatedly over the next few days asking for a way to return it for a refund but was either ignored or bombarded with 50+ identical emails all directing me to their customer services, which is nothing more than an FAQ document. When you click on “how do I cancel my order” or “how do I return it to get a refund”, guess what you get? “Maybe wait for it to arrive first and then decide”; or “Try it first before you make up your mind.” I was then offered £3 compensation, which was according to them “the best cost to me.” Naturally I refused.

There is literally no information anywhere on how to return it, no address given so I can’t even send it back at my own expense.

Quite literally the worst “company” I have ever had dealings with, and I’ve had dealings with BT and Vodafone!

STEER CLEAR, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. THEY WILL TAKE MORE FROM YOU THAN THE COST OF THE ITEM AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AT ALL AND HAVE NO APPARENT MEANS OF RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS.

Indestructible chew toy was destroyed with 15mins - stuffing everywhere ( they claim there is no stuffing) - fighting to get a refund but they claim nothing wrong with their product. I have showed pictures, videos and they offered me £3.. their customer service is shocking. It's a big con, nothing but a cheap made soft toy.
