I ordered a Nativity Advent calendar…
I ordered a Nativity Advent calendar for my grandchildren. The photograph on their website showed good quality 3D figures in what looked like a sturdy presentation box. The actual product is no where like this. It is cheap and shoddy with 2 dimensional thin plastic figures in a flimsy box and there were 4 figures missing. I was offered a £4.00 refund for something I paid £14.99 for. This company is deceitful, advertising products on their website that bear no resemblance to what the customer actually receives. Do not buy from them. They will happily take your money and then refuse to give a fair refund. Disgraceful.

The pictures made the advent calendar appear much larger and more substantial, so I was quite surprised when it arrived. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the product was accurately represented in the listing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, They Failed to deliver the goods I ordered, Then after 2 months and several email they informed me my goods were returned from the post office back to them and if I still wanted the goods it would cost me admin and postal charges , I demanded a refund but have never heard from them since, I since found the same items on Amazon at a cheaper price , so

Don't use! I was overcharged to start with, then refunded the difference. Wanted to cancel the order before it was shipped but wasn't allowed. Tracking link didn't work. Item arrived 1.5 months later - VERY POOR quality. I feel scammed.

Ordered a pair of novelty socks a month ago and still not arrived. The advertised price escalated from £11 to £18. Emailed them and they sent a different tracking number with a different tracking company. Both likely bullshit. Avoid these cowboys

Poor service and product
I ordered a pair of socks on 29/10/25 for a christmas present and did not arrive in time for christmas!!! After many emails to and fro, i was sent tracking numbers and told to wait for delivery. Price was much higher than advertised also so expected a good service which I did not receive. Socks arrived 4 days after xmas and have to say, poor quality, not as advertised. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!

Zero stars, ordered 2 pairs of novelty sloth socks 8 weeks ago. Still not arrived and keep sending fake tracking numbers. Every email sent is replied with further fake tracking numbers. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
