Ordered Christmas decorations for my grandsons. One was fine the other was broken. Customer services refused to replace it, offered me £1 compensation and seemed to think they were doing me a favour. Would not touch them with a barge pole.

Item was nothing like advertised. Appears 3D in advert but arrives as a flat, cheap and cracked item. Avoid like the plague 😡😡

Refused to take a cancelation of a double order that happened because their website was misleading, even though the cancellation was sent immediately.
Links given on email responses are dead.
The product itself is not as described:
- The “hard shell” knuckle protection is not hard at all. It is only soft TPR rubber.
- The material they call “cut resistant” is not cut resistant. It is just normal abrasion‑resistant nylon.
- One glove has poor stitching, and the cheap padding is sticking out.

Invoice did not match amount taken from my bank. Item did not match advertised quality. Refund/return policy not adhered to. : Could you consider transferring them to another individual?

I bought a calming duck toy for my chihuahua, and this company stated they are from United States, which I do not believe as I believe they have a company in China and when the duck arrived I was shocked that the duck is very small comparing a photo from their website of a white chihuahua with the duck and the duck was bigger than the dog,
I informed them and I wanted to return the duck back to them which I paid £13.89 which was not worth it as I found a similar toy from Tesco for £5.50!!

And they offered me measly 3GBP which I refused as I said I wanted to return it and asked for prepaid label to send it back so that I can get full refund but they kept saying they will refund me 3GBP altho I did ask in the end for 5GBP again refused …

The toy is only 24cm from the beak to backside and I did google where they based which is USA but stated they have company in China and I believe the toy came from China!!
I cannot send screenshots to you to prove it …
Anyway the toy was supposed to calm dogs lol but my chihuahua is not interested in it as she has another toy of a dog which she plays with! This duck toy does not work to calm dogs!!

They are shocking waiting for my order , waited 4 weeks no reply and parcel and no refund , don’t order from this company it’s a rip off

The quality of my purchase is 10/10.. they are amazing, will be so happy to give my grandchildren.

I ordered an "End of Life Planner" on 10th Oct, paid for via PayPal. My order showed a total to pay but then additional charges were added when the PayPal receipt was issued, which I queried and received an automated response stating the overcharge was an error and a refund was being processed - I'm still waiting!!
There was no indication when I placed my order that it was being shipped from the USA - tracking information states order being "processed in place of origin" (which is Des Moines, USA) on 11/10/25 . It was eventually"Shipped" on 13/10/25 and has been routed via Phoenix,USA (15/10/25)
Item has "Arrived at customs of USA" (18/10/25) and today is "Being inspected at Customs of USA" (21/10/25) - so eleven days since my order and it hasn't even left the USA yet!!
With the initial overcharge combined with the length of time it is taking to ship my order, I would definitely not recommend this company if you are placing an urgent order for goods and would advise you to carefully review your invoice and receipt for extra unplanned charges"made in error".
I will update this review if and when my order finally arrives....

Be very careful when making a purchase, I paid through PayPal it stated an amount to pay which was correct. Paid it then PayPal invoice came through with added Taxes on which are not stated in the invoice from this company.

My ice silk socks were awful quality and not as shown in the video. They were made of a thin material and very small hard to get on. I complained and was offered £4 when I spent £19 including postage avoid like the plague

Great quality travel bag. Superb capacity and waterproof design. Folds easily for storage. Highly recommend for travel enthusiasts.

Therefore delivery longer than expected.
Overcharged because import duty added.
Notified them and customer service responded that due to a system error I had been overcharged. Stated that immediate refund would be implemented. This did not happen.
So contacted them again and immediate response that due to a system error the money had not gone through.
The appropriate department had been notified and this would be repaid.
Nearly 3 weeks later, no sign of any refund so emailed them this morning. Only need to get the automated response that refund had been made but wait for 2 to 3 days which appear in my account

Been overcharged and not replying to my emails to deal with this !!!!

These gloves were a great purchase. They're perfect for cycling, driving, and even running. They're thermal and very warm, which is excellent for winter. Plus, the price is unbeatable for such quality. I truly feel I got my money's worth. Highly recommend them.

Charged me extra for no reason. Scam. Avoid

This is a scam company. I've bought something that i never got it and they said that the item was delivered. They just stole my money...be careful!!!

I purchaser a phone magnifier which arrived in good time. I bought it as s present but id be embarrassed to give anyone it. Its cheap and poorly made. The magnifier screen is nothing like the advert and all blurry. Asked for a refund and they refused saying its not faulty. Maybe not but its crap. Offered me £1 compensation then £3. Nope and i wont be using them again!

They ensure better control of the handles or steering wheel. The gloves are comfortable and don't hinder mobility. To summarize, the Tendaisy Warm Thermal Gloves are a solid buy. they might not be ideal for extreme weather conditions.

Added extra amount to the price that was on the confirmation. Why is it that only the people in the UK are overcharged & no one in the USA says that they have been overcharged?? Scam company, do not order from them. 😡

Utterly Satisfied, Warm! The thermal lining is effective and keeps my hands warm for hours. They are perfect for cycling, running, and even driving. I highly recommend them.
