Fake website/retailer
I placed an order at the end of October. First of all they have charged me more than the sale price. Secondly I have still not received the item and finally I have contacted them every day for the last 10 days asking for an update and a refund. No response, apart from an auto.ated reply telling me to contact the merchant. Do not purchase from this retailer.
Update 19 December. This company is now sending me fake updates saying the item has been delivered. It hasn't been! It's now been 2 months. I have raised a merchant's dispute with my bank. Fingers crossed that works.

AVOID this company
AVOID this company. I just placed an order. I was told the price in Sterling and Euro on the invoice. When I checked my bank account they took an extra €5 for no reason or explanation..... I don't even know if my order will arrive. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Extra costs put on after stating invoice price shows after you have paid. I don’t like this company and will never shop with them again. I would advise anyone to keep clear, they are not a good company as you cannot contact them. They are breaking the law by doing this and I will be reporting them. Everyone keep clear

So bad, it has been a month now that my orders are nowhere to find! Please Be Aware of this Fake and Illegal website. Took my money and no one can reach out to find out of what happened with your orders online. For goodness sake , stay away from this website " innovationek"

I ordered a "cool" skeleton figure but looked nothing like what they were advertising
I ordered a "cool" skeleton figure for my daughter for Christmas. What I ordered from their website looked absolutely nothing like what arrived. The customer services, although reply to questions regarding this issue have no care regarding this and just reply with "sorry you're not satisfied." I've tried to leave a negative review 4 or 5 times on their own website but every time it vanishes, surprisingly only 6, 5 star reviews appear on the item page and no bad reviews (which I find surprising.) If trust pilot allowed pictures I'd upload the two showing what I thought I was getting and what arrived but unfortunately can't. I would not recommend buying one of these little so called "cool skeleton figures' as you will be gravely disappointed (excuse the pun.)

I ordered a torch the order total 14.48 they took 17.38, emailed them they said I had to speak to customer service system. Directed to a bot told to wait 24 hours . all the indications are that this is a scam.
