Not good quality or worth the hype
I was really excited to order the new micro silver bag and it arrived and I honestly was shocked at how poor the quality was. The strap was so flimsy and the bag doesn’t even hold its shape. Absolute waste of money! Then when I sent it back they actually refunded me €10 less because that was shipping cost.. even though I paid the shipping and had to pay a further €10 to send it back. So so so bad!

We refunded based on the reason provided for the return, which was that the bag was too small, and our company policy deducts shipping costs in these cases. Small retailers regularly do this. Sadly really poor quality
Absolutely love the bag and was so excited to get it but have only used it a couple of times and silver has come off the handles so it looks cheap and tacky already. Complete waste of money unfortunately : (

lovely bag, bad quality
I purchased a bag which arrived damaged, after much negotiation a refund was given.
The silver is now coming off the handle and the company have confirmed that this is a manufacturing default. They will not replace the bag.
Very disappointed for such a nice product.
Lovely bag, shame about the quality.

As mentioned previously, a full refund was already processed at the time of your original concern. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a replacement once a refund has been completed.

Just so you know to prevent this ever happening again we have also changed the handle material to a non metallic durable material. Ordered a bag and a print, having got a bit of a bargain in the black Friday sale.
Arrived in a really timely manner, and with great packaging. The bag itself is beautiful.
