The drive was very polite and very helpful. I was so impressed with him i made him a cup of Coffee and we had a nice chat before he moved to his next drop.

The door and window we ordered came on time and are beautiful and well made. The customer service was incredible anytime I needed to chat to someone. I will definitely use this company again and can highly recommend for quality at a reasonable price.

Online ordering was easy, delivery timescale good, competitive pricing, what’s not to like? Delivery tracking was great and Anthony an absolute credit to the company😊

Their communications are abysmal - don’t reply to emails and if you call them takes several calls to get an answer; they didn’t deliver on time. Product and delivery was good and helpful, good quality it’s a shame their customer service lets them down. Lack of comms and aftercare is a shame. Delivery service was brilliant, driver went above and beyond.

Customer service awful. Door arrived damaged, hard to get through on the phone, advised I had been sent an email saying a new lock was on its way but no email and two weeks later still no lock!! Company did not care my property was unsecured, I have had to source my own lock. Would not recommend.

Despite the reply below advising a replacement was issued, I have yet to receive this! Please provide evidence of delivery as it is now 23.03.26 and no replacement received!

Ordered on 17th feb. Delivery date set 28th feb to 3rd march. No delivery. Phoned up. New delivery date 13th march ????.
11th march french doors dumped on front of empty property. Luvky that property owner drove past at night and seen them. No glass was delivered.
Phoned on thursday 22th march. Will look into it. Friday 13th delivery of glass.
Inspection of doors, realised yhat there was no door handles.
Phoned up again. Thry will post them ????.
Very very poor and incompitant company.

I measured for an internal door which has been delivered, however, having been told installation is too complicated for other than an experienced fitter they now totally fail to communicate, emails ignored, calls only ever answered by receptionist and never a call back. I have paid for a survey but cannot get one let alone a fitting, which would then allow me to judge the quality of their expensive product.

Delivery was fine and also customer service was great. I had a problem (entirely of my own making) and Customer service immediately contacted me calmed me down and solved my problem. All working fine now. Thanks

Really easy to order and nice helpful support staff when I did needed a little help.
Windows and door are now in and it was easy to fit the glass panes.
The staff were really helpful when we could not locate the door keys and we would definitely recommend them.
The delivery service was perfect and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding Order 5832, which has been delivered with incorrect specifications following an unauthorised modification to the original order.

According to the invoice and order details, Order 5832 was originally placed for a 1800mm x 2100mm Anthracite Grey Woodgrain French door.

At a later stage, I contacted your team by phone to ask whether it would be possible to produce another door approximately 2050mm wide, which would need to couple with two Anthracite Grey Smooth windows. My enquiry was regarding the possibility of placing a separate order, not modifying the existing Order 5832.

However, it appears that during this phone conversation my enquiry was misunderstood, and my existing order (5832) was modified to a different width (2000mm) without my explicit written confirmation.

There are several reasons why this modification clearly does not align with my request:

1. Colour mismatch – Order 5832 is Anthracite Grey Woodgrain, whereas the windows I intended to couple with are Anthracite Grey Smooth. These finishes cannot reasonably be coupled together.
2. Subsequent order placed – After confirming the correct specifications, I placed a new order (Order 5855) for a Smooth Grey door approximately 2050mm wide, specifically to match the windows.
3. This clearly demonstrates that the intention was to purchase an additional door, not to alter the specifications of Order 5832.

As a result, the door delivered under Order 5832 does not correspond to the original order placed on your website.

While I understand that an Order Acknowledgement email may have been sent, I did not see or confirm any modification request for Order 5832. The change appears to have been made following a misunderstanding during the phone call.

Given the above, I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that you provide a reasonable resolution.

Please respond to this complaint in writing so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Not a nice experience. I had a damaged part on my aluminium French doors which we didn’t notice until we tried to I stall them. As it wasn’t noticed straight away they refused responsibility saying I’d have to pay £££’s more for another part.

Arrived within expect time scale easy to track delivery respectful of property positive interaction truly recommend

I found the website easy to use for ordering the french doors I wanted. they offered enough options to satisfy what I needed. Once ordered communication was good and the product once delivered was fabricated well and I am very happy overall. I will purchase more from this company in the future.
