Truly awful service again from this company. Door/windows initially ordered two years ago when I had multiple delivery issues and major hassle trying to resolve. This order was for a replacement window locks. Advised that it’s not covered by their warranty as the lock mechanism wasn’t operating correctly. According to the owner Karl, the expectation is that for regular maintenance you have to use a silicon spray not just on the visible parts, but actually remove the lock mechanism from the window and spray inside the lock also. I’ve got some 20+ year old windows that are still working great, despite just a silicon spray on visible parts - never had to remove the lock mechanism. Fortunately my windows are easily accessible from ground level, so pretty straightforward to do. I would not want to remove the lock mechanism from a higher floor window, particularly with the little bits that can easily fall out when removed from the frame.

It’s taken over two months for them to avoid the warranty, insist in order a new lock and then take 6+ weeks to actually ship me the lock. No response to multiple emails asking for tracking/delivery details and finally found a package hidden in some bushes, placed on the dirt and propped against a tree in the front garden. Awful delivery and consistently awful service from this company. I cannot recommend them for anyone thinking about new doors or windows. Great at the sales stage and then just sheer incompetence after that all the way from the multiple deliveries to get everything sent out through to the appalling follow up service.

Took longer than stated to send the plans over to me. Quick response when I chased.
Doors look great although can’t be fitted for a week, so don’t know if there are any issues until they’re unwrapped.
Driver was lovely, extremely helpful, friendly, and polite.
He knocked and waited for me to answer, unlike some that bash on the door as soon as they have rung the bell , and sound like they’re trying to break in!
He greeted me with a friendly smile and introduced himself, the company and advised the item being delivered.
