Swadlincote Windows Omdömen

We were very impressed with all aspects of the process. From the moment we visited the showroom, we felt confident that we were happy to use Swadlincote Windows for replacement doors and windows. The process was very straight forward and they kept us updated throughout.

The fitters, Pete, Finlay, Shaun and Josh were all polite and always on time. The work carried out was very well done to a high standard. We would definitely recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

All members of staff were very helpful. We were kept up to date with everything we needed to know. The workmanship was excellent and the fitters were very respectful. I would highly recommend this company the service was exceptional

110 % I would recommend Swadlincote windows. 110% I would use them again, good value for money, trustworthy and friend professional people on the phone and in person.

Why did I use them? Well when I was gardening at home I managed to catch a stone in the lawnmower, this flicked up and smashed one of the pains of glass in my byfold door.

I contacted a number of companies and got a number of quotes over the phone and in person. There is a lot of rogue companies out there that want to rip you off at any opportunity, I came across a few! Then I found Swadlincote windows online and got a quote from them, it is then you realise how much other companies want to rip you off. Swadlincote Windows gave a rough price over the phone, they came out and measure up, they then gave me the price for the work was pretty much the same as on the phone give or take a tenner and their price was a good price. Other companies wanted to either charge me twice the amount or one which was clearly a national company wanted me to replace all of the byfolds!!!! Unbelievable!

My advice stay local and use a reputable company like Swadlincote Windows, you won’t be disappointed.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Swadlincote Windows. We had a large gable window that was deteriorating and thought the only option would be a complete replacement. Instead, the team took the time to understand the problem and found an excellent, cost-effective solution.

Communication was responsive from day one, and everyone involved was professional and careful. The installation team were exemplary, as were the scaffolders.

A fantastic result and excellent value for money. We are so glad we chose Swadlincote Windows and would recommend them without hesitation.

Matt and Riley came today to fit patio doors and a window they were both really professional and respectful they did an amazing job and cleaned up and left the kitchen spotless they are a credit to the company

The two chaps Lee and Dave were extremely efficient and completed the job to an excellent standard. They were very courteous and I am very happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. Great work

Came round to fit a new garage door 03/09 am after receiving a very competitive price. The two lads who came to fit the door were polite, efficient, well mannered, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Would highly recommend!

From beginning to end the service has been exemplary, from the office ladies taking our information and Tim that did all the measurements and for his patience with a couple of queries we had, booking in the fittings was really quick too, and then the fitters arrived Dan, Aaron, and Lee , Dan explained what they were going to do over the days, they worked extremely hard, cleaned up after themselves, were very friendly polite and respectful bunch of guys.
They explained how the handles worked , how to do regular maintenance on the doors and windows, top quality products, have had many neighbours stop and admire our house and have highly recommended Swad windows. Have just booked in to have the last three back windows done, I cannot believe the difference between the old and new windows and doors, they make the house so much warmer, let in so much more light and when closed keep the noise out!!
Can’t wait for Dan and Aaron to come back to
finish the back off .. 👏👏👏 well done SW for
your excellent service, people, performance and
high quality of work and products.

The team were punctual, polite and respectful of the property.
Very professional service. Thank you.

Fab service, excellent from start to finish. Will be using them again next year for some more windows!

Excellent product good workmanship. Excellent customer service. Really pleaased with service I received would definitely be a repeat customer.

I've just had a small conservatory fitted by Swadlincote windows.
From the first call they have been a pleasure to deal with.
Ours was not a straight forward job but they overcame all obstacles without fuss. The fitters Chris and Lee were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
I would 100% recommend this company!

We needed 3 new upstairs windows and a replacement for a very old and dilapidated conservatory that we inherited with our new house. We had various quotes and suggestions from different local companies and were about to go with one of them, when we were advised by a friend not to use them. We found Swadlincote Windows on a Google search, read the reviews and decided to ask them to quote for us. As soon as I met John, he filled me with a quiet confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He made lots of suggestions for the conservatory that made great sense and none of the problems that we had been told about by the other companies were an obstacle to him in creating the design. The quote was marginally more expensive than the others, but our confidence in John made us decide to accept the quote and, in fact, we even added to the project when we decided to replace another door and window at the same time!
We had to change our original fitting date as it was inconvenient for us but the team worked with us to select an alternative date that was ideal for us. The whole fitting process was completed in 6 days - 4 windows, 1 door and a conservatory - and Chris and Lee made a phenomenal team. Chris was a legend, dismantling the conservatory single handed in one day when Lee’s stand in didn’t turn in on the first day! The guys also had to endure temperatures of up to 37 degrees during the week.
We are delighted with every part of the process and with the finished products. Now we just need to finish off a few bits and pieces for ourselves, then we will be able to sit back and enjoy our lovely new room!
Thanks to the whole Swadlincote team!

Extremely happy with the whole experience, from the initial visit by Tim, we had some original wooden sash windows that we were replacing, I was nervous that modern windows would look out of place, but he suggested how we could keep them as close looking to the original windows.
Matt and the team were excellent, explaining what they were doing throughout and constantly checking I was happy with everything. Hard working and very tidy.
The new black aluminium sliding doors are fabulous.
Very happy customer, would recommend.

I had a garage door fitted by Swadlincote Windows and I would not hesitate to recommend them. There was a small issue on the installation day, which was outside their control, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The work was completed swiftly and the guys were friendly and helpful. The office staff were a pleasure to deal with and the communication was excellent throughout.

This is the second time we’ve used the company to fit almost all of our windows and doors … extremely pleased with the excellent efficient service. Pete and Mossy you were very tidy and did a perfect job, always a very high standard. Super pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend 🌟

Dan and Aaron were so hardworking! Our windows were extremely large and some were 2 floors up! They communicated well with me and explained what they were doing, giving me a progress report at the end of each day. They also went above and beyond replacing handles and gaskets and seals on some of our other windows too. Dan spent time walking around the house at the end to show me what they had done, double check I was happy and giving me after care tips. I have already recommended Swadlincote windows to neighbours on both sides and won’t hesitate to use them again should we need windows in the future.

Exceptional service from start to finish.
We first used Swadlincote Windows many years ago. We live in a Victorian property and wanted to have sash style windows to compliment the look of the house. We were very happy with the original set of windows so decided to have a couple more windows replaced. Yet again brilliant looking windows. The lads that did the fitting were great. Fast, efficient and very tidy. A great investment and much easier to maintain than the windows that were taken out.
We would recommend to any one that is looking for replacement windows.

Swadlincote Window Company were totally professional from the guidance/advice and quotation from Damian, to my back door being installed by two brilliant fitters, Dan & Arron. The door & side window was installed quickly and all mess was cleaned up by the fitters. They then took the time to explain to me about the door locking mechanism, the lubrication points and general maintenance.

Quite a delay in getting started with our conservatory. Found foul manhole together with gas and electric services all passing beneath the conservatory. Perhaps these services should have been detected prior to start. Found the building contractors together with the conservatory installers to be very consciousness and professional. All in all we are pleased with the final product.
