Was a pleasure dealing with this company, from start to finish they are very professional and transparent I had to pleasure of meeting one of the directors Louie who I must say was very helpful explained and showed me how to use the online monitoring of the battery system and gave a better understanding of my system. I purchased a battery storage solution from AES. There are a lot of suppliers out there offering similar solutions, but rather than just push out a product, AES looked at what I needed. They explained the options, the prices and the process and didn't 'hard sell'. I shopped around and AES always came back to the top of my list. The instal was a breeze, quick, minimal disruption and zero mess. I expected them to disappear (following my poor solar panel experience with another supplier) but check-back calls and responses to queries have been handled quickly and professionally. Looking at my pay-back period I have full direct access to the data around the storage solution and I believe I'm going to achieve pay-back earlier than AES initially suggested. Of course the ever increasing unit cost of electricity has helped, but it has also justified my initial investment. I feel that I have a relationship with AES and to date (4 months in) it's been an extremely positive one. An easy candidate for a 5 star review.

They have been a pleasure to do business with extremely attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. After dealing with a few undesirable Essex based companies I was dubious to say the least, but I'm glad to say I finally found a company that lives up to their promises.

I already have a small solar system on my roof 12 years old This was a second system that took me up to the export limit, on the garage roof. 3kwh with 7kw battery. They brought several systems with them to see which best worked with existing. Worked out couldn’t have it that the two systems worked together but the Lux combined system works superb. The sensor near the main fuse can tell what both systems are sending to the grid and so divert new system power to battery or to the appliance needing power. Any time of the day. So as long as there’s charge in battery no grid use. Got a solar boost on immersion tank that works as well with the two systems. I’m delighted.
MD knows what he’s talking about and the engineer was excellent and knew his stuff. Did have a delay getting some parts, a National problem at the time. Kept informed at all stages.

Alternative eco solution upgraded and repaired my Solar panel system, they provided an efficient and professional service throughout the process. The installation was carried out as arranged with the minimal disruption and was then easily integrated into their software monitoring process. In addition the support department guided me through the installation and setting up the monitoring software on my iPad, providing me with the ability to view directly the activity of each Solar panel and performance of the system overall.
As a result I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation.
