Inverter stopped working. Ben came to examine it and said it needed replacing. He was very professional,quick,tidy polite and answered all my questions. A credit to the team and company. Thankyou.

Had solar system installed 4 years ago have had major problems the Kevin come out and checked over the system some major work has been done and a battery system added and now we are all ok then had a bird problem and Kevin was back out within 24 hours so we are no sorted for the next ten years would highly recommend

Work was carried out with no fuss, and everything was done as per instructions. good clean up after the work was done.

The staff of Alternative Eco Solutions have been really good and efficient especially the engineers who managed to untangle all those wires, and get the new equipment up and running in less than two hours, is beyond me.

From the initial enquiry and sales visit to the replacement of our invertor the whole process was delivered within a short time frame with very little inconvenience . The installer was very polite and we are very pleased that our system is running efficiently again

Had a visit by Matt who was here to sort out the set up of my storage batteries and the link to Lux Power app. He was very efficient and friendly and did the necessary work quickly. He contacted Lux Power to assist the link to their app as it had previously been done incorrectly. Everything is working smoothly and I know what I am looking for on the app. 5 star service.

Update: Company replied saying they’ve never contacted me. Utter rubbish. They called this morning and I have the call logs. It’s fairly clear from other reviews here that this is standard modus operandi for this company. Steer well clear!

Cold call received from Alternative Eco Solutions on a number registered with the TPS. Have never had any dealings with them, but they tried to trick me into thinking I had and that they needed to come and inspect my system. I wonder how many people have been caught out by such illegal practices. Will be reported to MCS and RECC.

They cleaned my solar panels and fitted guards. Coincidentally I had an internet connection problem with my system monitoring app. They sent two of their guys around and have resolved the problem. Satisfied. 😊
