Allguard Services Omdömen

Great service from start to finish. The advice that Charlie gave was comprehensive and helped guide us through the process making informed decisions where required. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Great service from Charlie, highly recommend.

The service and advice we received was excellent and made making our wills very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone else

Very quick Efficient and friendly service. Made something I thought would be stressful very straight forward and affordable.

They are a very friendly & professional company, who made the process very simple and easy for us to do, which we appreciated. Especially under the current COVID situation.
We will certainly be recommending them to our friends & family.
Thank you.

Very prompt and detailed response to our first enquiry. Clear and relevant information provided. Timescales explained and met. Excellent customer service throughout the process. Always on hand to answer any questions. Very reasonably priced. Will not hesitate to use Allguard Services again and recommend to friends.

Allguard Services were recommended by my sister and her husband. From start to finish Caroline explained everything in great detail with regard to organising my Will and Power of Attorney. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she handled everything in a kind and professional way. I shall certainly be recommending Allguard Services to my friends. Brilliant service!

I cannot recommend Allguard Services highly enough.
After putting it off for a while, my sister and I contacted Allguard Services to finally get our Wills sorted.
This is our first Will, and so we weren't sure of the process, but Laura immediately put us both at ease.
She explained everything to us, and was so patient in going over anything we didn't understand and answering all of our questions.
She made us both feel so comfortable and assured that we were getting exactly what we wanted for our Wills.
Allguard services work with you every step of the way. A highly professional service that we would not hesitate in going back to for further estate planning.

Professional advise, great service and highly recommended. 👌👍

Our previous wills were written by a solicitor but Allguard Services came highly recommended and we found the service to be much better than using a solicitor. Charlie was very knowledgable and clearly knew what he was talking about. He explained tax implications, which was really helpful. He used plain English rather than complicated legal jargon. It was all very relaxed and we didn’t feel like we were under any time constraints and we had plenty of time to review and make amends before agreeing the final draft. All in all, we found this to be a very professional service and would not hesitate to recommend.

From making initial contact to finalising the paperwork Caroline was very proffesional and prompt. She answered all our questions and gave us some ideas to think about. We are very pleased with the service and that we have done the task we have been talking about for years.

We think that Laura was very effeminate nothing was to much trouble regarding explaining questions we put to her very helpful

A friend recommended Allguard Services to me so I decided to give them a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by the caring and considerate service they provided based on reliable professional advice and help in drafting my Will and Last Power of Attorney documentation. They listened carefully and captured exactly what I wanted and took time to guide me through each section to ensure all aspects were properly covered. I’ve had other providers draft such documentation before but never experienced the quality of service offered by Allguard. I will have no hesitation in using them again if I need to review my personal circumstances.
Excellent service

Fantastic service and great explanations of everything. Thank you so much.

Allguard and particularly Laura Chambers, were sensitive to our needs and handled our wills and lasting power of attorney with the upmost professionalism. Laura took the time to explain all of the options available to us and talked us through every step to ensure we full understood. The whole service was conducted in our own home too, so no need to take time off work or travel to the appointments. I would highly recommend the services offered by Allguard.

Laura was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough in talking us through, planning and drafting up our options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for expert guidance in estate planning. A++

I had my will done by Laura and she was very informative, helpful and professional. Would 100% recommend - especially if you're not too sure as she is patient and explains every step for you.

The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Charlie is very friendly and personable. He explained all the jargon and my options in Layman’s terms. I would thoroughly recommend Allguard services.

The process of simple and straightforward. All details were clearly explained.

Quick, efficient, responsive, explained process very clearly. Really impressed and I have already recommended their services to others.
