Allguard Services Omdömen

Allguard is professionally run without losing the personal touch. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I found Caroline very responsive and prompt, explaining everything knowledgeably, concisely and patiently (more than once in some cases).
Overall we could not be more satisfied.

I would highly recommend Allguard services. We recently set up our Will with Charlie and felt confident with everything he put into place. He was patient, friendly, very efficient and communication was great. A brilliant service.

We set up Wills recently with Allguard Services, really happy with the service, very helpful and professional.
Would recommend.

A very quick, polite & professional service, thanks Charlie

Caroline was very professional and helpful. She answered all our questions in an excellent and factual way. She never made any personal comment on anything we asked or said which kept it direct and to the point. It’s a tricky subject sorting out wills and not a nice thing to do but Caroline made it straightforward. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic services, really friendly and straightforward and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I thoroughly recommend Allguard Services. I have dealt with Caroline at Allguard Services for many years and have always found her professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgable.

An excellent service. Clear and precise guidance at all stages in a very friendly fashion.

Comprehensive Wills and Trust service. Very clear explanation of process and potential options. Excellent communication from start to finish in setting up documents with whole process being quick and simple. Would recommend.

Laura was lovely to deal with and explained everything to us in detail

Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took time to answer any question we had and was always quick to respond. The process was extremely smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

Charlie is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He never had any issues working around our busy schedules. We thoroughly recommend his services.

Fabulous service very professional. Very knowledgeable with prompt completion.
Would highly recommend.

We found the service to be fast, professional and helpful. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we now have peace of mind that, in the event of either my husband or I becoming incapacitated, we have a structure in place.

A very professional service, easy to chat too and everything was explained perfectly to understand.
Took the covid situation into account also taking high measures to protect both parties.
Highly recommend this firm as i shall be passing on there names to family and friends.

Amazing service, super reasonable pricing. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with, really informative and helpful (this was the first time me and my partner had done anything like this). We did remote witnessed signing over zoom because Covid, and this was an easy and quick process and really helpful as we're currently in lockdown. Would deffo recommend.

My will is complicated, but Charlie Poole understood, from the outset exactly what I required. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy at all times. Communication was efficient and every part of the transaction was transparent. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend Allguard Services.

Great service - Allguard made the whole process of writing my will extremely easy and I felt I was in very good hands.

From our initial meeting with Charlie (via Zoom) he made us both feel very comfortable and at ease, he clearly explained the process of his Will writing service. Charlie's expertise was very happiful making us think things through regarding our Wills that we had not considered before.
Will writing is so often one of those things we don't get round too, but I can assure you that following our initial meeting the process was very slick - excellent communication and I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to complete their will.
