Great service, from booking with a deposit on line, easy location and parking, fully explained what I was getting in terms of Full Well Mans Bloods and when I would get the results ie within 24 hours. The place was clean, tidy, well drilled and very nice staff. All my results came back as they explained in terms of layout and I was very happy with my results, Peace of Mind...Only thing I would add is to provide additional insight to each result and what that means...I ran it through CoPilot which was fine and gave me what I needed but doing that as part of the service would be a great add on.

They were able to do the blood test when I called in to enquire about it. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful and explained everything I wanted to know. The phlebotomist was extremely good. Results were available within 48 hours. I would definitely use this service again.

Fantastic experience. Very efficient and professional and the phlebotomist managed to extract a huge amount of blood from a deep vein with zero pain. Also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. Google Maps doesn’t find it correctly - it’s just around the corner from where it says it is.

I’m really disappointed with my experience buying a home test from All Checked Up. I ordered a second test from them after my results from my GP went awol, only to get them soon after ordering the test. So I’ve emailed to ask if they could cancel my order, I got a quick response from Linda to say it had already been posted but I can send it back once it arrives and I’ll get a full refund. So as soon as it came I paid the return postage and sent it back. It’s been over 3 weeks since it was returned, I’ve sent numerous emails with proof of postage etc, and left a WhatsApp message, but I’ve had no response. Phoned them to be told I’d get a call back. Nobody did phone me back. So they’ve got £89 of my money even though I didn’t use their service. They will obviously have seen my emails but are choosing to ignore me so I’ll have no choice but to get my money back through my bank. Absolutely awful customer support, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have health concerns - they were aware that I had a high result from my first test with them so to treat worried customers like this is disgusting.

I had an extremely positive experience and every single member of staff I encountered was extremely pleasant and lovely to talk to. I'll definitely be coming again for my check up next year.

I visited the lab with my mom for her blood tests, and the service was excellent. The entire staff was incredibly friendly—especially the gentleman at the front desk, who was so welcoming. Thank you all for making the visit so smooth and pleasant for my mom!

Test was delivered and the instructions were clear and easy to follow, I posted my test in the return envelope on a Monday morning and had my results by the Friday. I Would recommend and would use again. 5 stars!

Was easy to make an appointment for specific needs. Payment was straightforward and, after a Saturday appointment, the results arrived on the Monday morning. Staff put you at ease whilst taking blood sample.

Ordered an H Pylori test which I completed and returned following all the instructions (despite the unhelpfully shaped container they sent) but 10 days later no result. Results are promised within 5 working days. I contacted them two days ago but so far no reply. £85 for no result and no explanation for it. Not happy.

Update - results finally turned up but later than advertised and it appears to me, only after chasing.

The service was first class. I got an appointment very quickly and I could choose a time to suit me. The facilities were very clean and the two ladies I saw were very pleasant and explained everything to me. Very thorough and professional service. Results back within 12 hours.

Fantastic company and service. Fourth time we have used them. Although they advise 48 hours to receive blood pannel results, in each instance, we received results in under 24 hours. Very friendly and professional staff, highly recommended.
