Easy website. Just the discount for regular orders is very minimal. At last a 20% would be a kind gesture when you're spending around £200 every time you order.

The first order was quick and easy and the treatment worked. The problem came when I tried to reorder to finish the course. The first refusal said my symptoms "do not appear to be resolving", even though I'd told them clearly they were improving. They seem to have misread my timeline. To get a doctor to look again, they wanted me to pay a fee. When I emailed to explain, the second refusal changed the reason entirely: they don't prescribe repeat courses without examining you.

If that's the policy, fine, but say so upfront, and explain the dose properly so the tube lasts the full course. Don't just leave someone halfway through a treatment that's working with a generic "see your GP". Use them for genuine one-off prescriptions only.

Very fast and reliable service. Which resulted in being prescribed the correct treatment for my condition and I have seen great progress.

Taking control when NHS are not interested

The delivery company DPD failed to deliver my order to the correct address and was sadly never rectified by DPD. Which caused great anxiety. But once I contacted The online clinic I was met by a lovely lady called Lisa who promptly rectified the order and I received my order within a Day and the kind and calm professional manner greatly eased my anxiety over the issue. I highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer experience to say the least.

Really quick assessment of my nausea and fatigue symptoms (as filled in online) - within a day I had received some follow-up questions from the assessors, and hours after I answered that I was provided a prescription for the medicine I so badly needed but was struggling to access soon enough from the NHS. Of course more expensive than the NHS as privately purchased but well worth my accessing it earlier for symptom relief in this case
