The site was very easy to use, I received immediate response, exceptionally fast delivery, very easy to use payment service and very good to have a check up service to ensure all is OK. I am very impressed.

The pharmacy service was great, very quick and efficient and I was prescribed a medicine that is not available yet in Scotland for a very reasonable price.

Utter rubbish. Another example of a gimmicky, risk-averse online doctor service that seems perfectly happy to offer the usual “easy” prescriptions for things like weight loss and sexual health, but ask them for help with anything beyond a cold and they run a mile.

What a complete waste of time. Why do we even have these organisations if they’re unwilling to provide a meaningful medical service? Either operate as a proper online doctor service or don’t.

I find it so very hard to get an appointment with my GP - impossible on the day unless urgent so to be able to order my needed prescription through this channel without having to wait weeks is a revelation.

Able to access treatment the NHS is not able to provide.

Really happy with my experience with the online clinic. Everything was pretty straightforward from signing up to getting my treatment, and I liked being able to do everything online without having to arrange an appointment and sit around in a waiting room.

The process was easy to follow and the team were really helpful when I had questions. I also felt like they actually listened rather than just rushing me through the consultation.

There were a couple of little things that could have been better, but overall I had a really positive experience and would definitely use the clinic again. Having everything handled online is so much more convenient, especially when you’re busy.

The process for requesting a prescription was really smooth and there was prompt action taken by the prescriber when further questions needed to be answered. The prescription was then quicklyissued and the items were delivered the following day by DPD

Comprehensive pre-checks, good comms and fast delivery.

Relies were quick, information was easy to give and well understood and my problem was sorted quickly. My GP wouldn’t issue the same medication even though I was happy to pay, so this was an excellent alternative.
