I attended the clinic in Angel and saw Matthew Kent for my ongoing issue with my Achilles for a High Volume injection. Matthew was extremely thorough and ensured that I understood the procedure and after care that was required for my recovery. I would highly recommend both Matthew and Complete Physio.

I was treated for trigger finger by Emerson Fernandez at Complete Physio in Islington on 10th August.
The staff who made the booking were friendly and efficient on the phone and in person, and made me feel welcome.
Emerson was outstanding. He warmly welcomed me and put me at my ease. He gave a very clear explanation of the nature of the procedure involved, and was helpful in reassuring me about possible side-effects.
He was careful and expert in administering the injection itself, and he was very conscientious about following up my case afterwards.

Everything about my experience was easy... booking was quick and I got a last minute slot after being let down by another provider. Luke was very welcoming, attentive and showed me the ultrasound, explaining what the images showed. The injection was painless and the result is priceless. I went from constant unbearable pain in my shoulder with very limited movement to NO pain, massively improved movement and the most important element.. I went on holiday a few days after and had 2 weeks of NO pain, no issues no pain killers... over 3 weeks now since the injection and my shoulder that was AGONY is STILL pain free. People who do not have pain as part of their every day will NEVER understand how life changing time without pain is. Yes it comes with a financial cost but honestly, you cannot put a price on relief... feeling normal... not dreading trying to get to sleep or just function as a 'normal' person. I can't recommend Luke and the solution more. You will not regret paying for time without pain! It's amazing... I only wish the NHS was as quick and attentive when people are suffering. I was told I needed physio for this issue.... oh and 'there's a 2 year waiting list..' seriously. WTF. I cried when I got the letter after an ultrasound on my shoulder with this ridiculous recommendation. 2 years... no way. Do not wait, book yourself in and you'll be leaving a raving review - if you are in pain, do it, you will NOT regret it!!

I had a great experience at Complete Injections in Surbiton. Chris performed an ultrasound, the barbotage procedure, and a steroid injection. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole procedure was quick, professional, and completely painless. I didn't feel any pain at all.
