I've contacted the customer support because the backrest of my chair broke:
- they've respond within the hour
- very pleasant with you
- really trying to help you as good as possible
to summarise it: incredible experience with them, will use their product again.

Upon have one of the armrest bolts losen for some reason (and losing it like a idiot) i contacted costumer support and asked what they could do for me.
they replied within the hour and asked all the right questions regarding the chair treads etc.

in the end they send me a new pack of bolts no charge no hassle.

Had a chair defect, was mailed out the same day! Hands down the best customer support I have ever experienced!

Had a defect with a chair and asked for help from their support team. Within the same day I sent in a ticket, the replacement parts were in the mail. Amazing service!

The chairs are durable and comfortable. Sadly i had a little issue with my chair but the customer support guy addressed it in less than 24 hours! Great job, great company and very trustworthy. I totally recommend this company!

My first time buying a premium chair and I am very happy with my purchase. I got a K7012 and it is very sturdy. One of the arm rests was defective and I was sceptical that contacting AKracing directly would solve my problem as i purchased it non-direct. However 2 very helpful folk there were able to issue me a replacement with no hassle at my end.

Bottom line is if you buy a AKracing chair you'll get what you pay for. No exceptions. Very happy with my purchase.

I don't often write reviews about products or companies, but I felt like AKRacing were worth the effort. I bought a pro chair from them a couple of months ago and have since loved every day of using it. I previously had some lower back issues and since using the new chair, I've not had a single twinge or issue. I'm not saying that the product will fix your back - simply saying that in my case, it certainly prevented further damage.

It's a comfortable product for long periods of time. Had good adjustability throughout and in general is worth the money. I was unfortunate enough to have a small issue with the product but the customer services were quick and helpful, resolving the issue in less than an hour from contact.

I love a company to be customer-focused and AKRacing have nailed both that and the product. A big thumbs-up from me.

Decent chair, but gas lift broke within 12 months, and had to replace it.. also handrests are poor quality - not worth the amount of money they charge

Har haft min AK racing i næsten 1 år. skruer til håndtaget falder ud af og til. hæve/sænke knap til håndtaget er gået i stykker i den ene side. VÆRST af alt er dog at gas-patronen er DØD. jeg skal sætte mig forsigtigt og på en meget bestemt måde og stadig falder stolen til jorden 9 ud af 10 gange. USELESS!

Kender 3 andre med samme problem (gas-delen) og 0 uden.

Tilbage til min gamle 500 kr's IKEA stol som har været trofast i 5+ år.

AK racing stolen er også lige til den lave ende selv i max indstilling.

Men en høj pris er så dårligt et produkt uacceptabelt - uanset hvor flinke de er til at sende en ny del! Skifte gas patron er ikke nogen let opgave fordi de sidder super fast og går de i stykker bliver det noget svineri.

Tjek alle 5 stjerner reviews her inde har alle haft stole som gik i stykker... hvordan man kan have defekte produkter og stadig give det max score er da en gåde.

Min stol var gået i stykker i ryglænet.

I had a problem with the gas lift for my chair. After contacting Akracing support staff, i got an answer fast and my new part got shipped the same day. Simply amazing. I would have no problem recommending Akracing for your next gaming chair.
