I ordered and received an AK racing Overture chair about a month ago. The chair was delivered to my house within a few days. It was very fast.

When I sat on it for the first time I was amazed since I have never used a chair of this kind before. Everything was fine until a week ago the chair started wobbling every time I would lean back and forth, left and right.
It was very irritating and it seems that there was a problem with the gas mechanism. This was my conclusion after I disassembled the chair and tested the mechanism to find which part causes the problem.

=====LONG STORY SHORT====
Sunday night I email the company....
1)I get a response FIRST thing in the morning.
2)Being in warranty, they told me they would not only send me a new gas lifting mechanism but also a new seat-mechanism together with the gaslift covers!!!!!
3) On top of everything else, all this happened in the same day!

To conclude.
I have a problem with my chair.
I email the company.
Within the next few hours not only I managed to find a solution, but I am already waiting for the spare parts to arrive.
The employee was very kind, was responding to my emails faster than I have ever seen, I was treated like a human being, not getting all the pre-typed copy and paste answers.
Overall,if every company that exists would operate like AK racing then the world would definitely be a better and place. Being that good, should be illegal :'D.

Elgiganten, tja ikke meget hjælp at hente.

Jeg skriver derfor til AK Racing, under 5 minutter efter, svarer de på min henvendelse, og ikke nok med det hurtige svar, så er deres svar, at de vil sende mig et nyt sæde, kvit og frit, WOW!, det er virkelig ubeskrivelig god service!

My friend and I bought a chair each 3 years ago, last summer at the same week, from one day to another both chairs started to get its skin out, and in a matter of days the chair started to look like rubber.

Ok so I one a premium series V2 and I could not be happier. I ran into some trouble twice but I really don't care because of the customer service. They replied to me in minutes even though there is a time difference and they send me replacements everytime in a few days. And just now even though my warranty wasn't valid anymore because my chair is over 2 years they still replaced it for me out of good will. I have never seen a better customer support or product. Truly thank you for the experience

great service. Quick and kind

Bought a Octane chair more or less precisely 3 years ago.
Have had a problem with the base twisting and therefore the chair becoming crooked (This is due to me using it on a rug that curled up. So it's my own fault that the legs on the base bent over)
Tried replacing the wheels first to no help.
So i looked into replacing the five star base, but Ak was out of stock.
Couldn't find the base for sale at any other retailers.

Sent them a Support message asking if they were getting the bases into stock again any time soon, took less then 15 minutes to get a reply. Where they informed me that they didnt have any estimate on restock.
So they asked me what the problem was and if i had proof of purchase.
Provided them with a receipt from the retailer i bought the chair from.
Got a reply that unfortunately the chair was out of warranty.
Then to my surprise the support worker told me he had checked the stock and they did have a reinforced nylon base that would fit my chair. (And that it is in fact stronger than the metal one)
So they asked me if they should make a special order that i could buy.
Placed an order (The nylon base was the same price as the metal base as well) and got a note that they usually don't ship to Norway, but that they make exception for spare parts.
And for me to just make a note of it and they would changed the delivery country.
Placed the order, sent a reply that it was ordered and it's now being sent.

In summary:

Super quick response, both for the initial response and the follow-up dialog.
Very customer oriented.
Feel like they went out of their way by checking for other parts that would fit.
And from i sent the initial contact form, until they part is being packed for shipping took about 1 hour and 20 min.

Can definitely say i will recomend theese chairs and the company to others.

I bought an akracing premium gaming chair. I was hesitant to spend the money at first, but i noticed that they sell a lot of spare parts, and saw a lot of good reviews. When i got the chair i instantly loved it.
4 months after the warranty expired i had an issue with the seat. I filled out their support form to see what they could do for me. I almost instantly got a reply asking me for my current address so that they could send me a replacement part. I could recommend these chairs to anyone!

Pone akracing Europa pero dicen que España no es Europa , su servicio al cliente deja que desear , se lavan las manos diciendo que solo distribuye , mala calidad de sillas no merece la pena comprar

Really good customer service, I received a AKRACING NITRO seat with a broken lever plastic cover.
I sent a message to the customer service, they replied within one hour by proposing to send back a new part!
I really recommend this brand.

I bought the AKRacing Arctica Gaming Chair and it has proven to be high quality, comfortable, & sturdy. It is spacious (and I'm not exactly a small guy!) and extremely comfortable, it gives great support and I love the fact it's reclinable. I fall asleep faster on the chair than in my own bed! And not matter how I sit or lay, it never stops being super comfortable and stable (even when laying all the way back into the chair it doesn't even lift a single wheel). Not only the products are nice, but their customer support is outstanding. They were fast to answer & deliver, cheerful, & ready to help in any way possible. Truly one of the best experiences I've had with customer support in a long time.
Overall the experience with the chair was amazing in every way, would highly recommend.

Offers fantastic products and there support team is top notch.
I own one of their chairs which unfortunately broke after its warranty had ended and replacement parts were not available. Contacted customer service which responded quickly and told me I could order the parts right away, they even threw in some of the parts I needed for free! Best customer service ive had in years.
