Brand listens to its customers, responds very quickly to emails, or requests via their forms from their sites! I had a chair that was really damaged with 3 months left on the warranty they changed it to a higher end chair after providing the invoice, photos. I received it 3 days later by the UPS delivery service

I bought a chair on akracing, it was the last one from Team Astralis Edition.
I had a problem with the payment method and Gustav from the support helped myself.
I sent a mail and 10 minutes after he answered, immediately he helped me by giving me some results. I needed to cancel my payment but i was driving at the same time and he waited that I finish to cancel the order and let me buy it. This guy, this website, and this support are just insane ! Thanks you very much for all the support you gave me.

I've noticed that the frame of the chair was bent. Customer Service has sent the replacement part the same day I've made the claim even though they where ruining low on stock. 5 star service!

Extrem schneller Support per Mail. Mehrfach innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort bekommen. Ist etwas am Gaming Stuhl innerhalb der Garantie defekt, tauschen die einem das defekte Teil umgehend aus. So muss es sein. DANKE an AKRacing.

Best service i've ever had. had a problem with the base of my chair, fixed and shipped a premium base couple minutes later!

The foam on my armrest was starting to tear after 1 and a half year of use. I contacted support through the AKracing website and got a really fast response. They shipped the replacement armrests the same day through UPS and i could even track the package.
Would wish all companies had such a good customer support!

Amazing service, wrote em about some part for my chairs, and fast replay and in no time they found some extra parts for my chair :D i couldn't be more happy :D BIG thumps up from here ;)

My 2 year old chair where there is no warrenty.
The got some pictures, and a recet from the seller.
Now they are sending me a new parts.
The support is wery polite and helpfull.
Ill buy a chair there again.

Bought a couple of chairs 2.5 years ago, the seat mechanism broke on the one I use for work, so it was outside the warranty.
Contacted AKRACING about a replacement as the part was out of stock on the website.. and was told they were waiting for replacement parts.
Less than a week later, received an email saying they will place a part into stock, just for me, if i still wanted it and it would be available to buy within a few minutes.. went through the link I was provided with and ordered the part without any fuss.

Its great to see a company that holds customer satisfaction as paramount.

One of the legs on the five star base was bent so i needed a replacement. Contacted support as they were out of stock to ask when they would be in stock again.

Support replied to me the next day and told me they still had a few lying around for warranty issues but were able to put it just in stock for me so i could order 1(As my warranty expired). So i sent them an e-mail in what time period i was able to order and 15 minuter later i got an email that it would be added shortly and 5 minutes later i had it ordered. Now that is what i call GREAT SUPPORT!

And ye the chairs are just amazing(especially for my length at 203 cm)

Ok so I usually do not leave reviews but when is deserved why not.
So I bought AK Racing Premium Plus chair V2 20 months ago via Overclockers.
My GAS LIFT AND SEAT MECHANISM broke so I gave a shout to Overclockers who told me I have no warranty and there is nothing they can do,not even order part I was willing to pay.
Thought will give it a try and send support form here on site,I got respond within 15 minutes asking to show invoice and they might be able to help.
Within of minutes sending the invoice I got return message they will be sending spare part within few days when they get supply part back in stock.
As my chair is number one thing to me for work I explained I would need this sooner due to nature of my work.
Within minutes again I got message stating they took part from another chair and will dispatch it today.
That was Monday,my full spare parts came Friday morning in Ireland from Sweden cost free.
Well done,very professional and reliable,100% recommendation and satisfaction.

I boguth a chair on january via amazon and my plastic covers broke quicky. The are providing for a new set after i asked support via mail

Got my package ordered within the day i got in touch.

Send them a message through their site, and within 15 minutes they replied and after about an hour off email exchanges my issue was resolved and my replacement parts were being mailed.

Amazing customersupport! i did send them a mail using the supportlink at their homesite 14:15 the 01.03.18. Got an answer from them with a solution 14:28! thats under 15 minuts answertime on mail!
