Airport Parking Manchester Omdömen

Always use this car park now for any holidays. Prefer to use the non meet and greet option so can keep my keys. Minibus to the terminal is quite nice as well. Staff are really friendly and never have to wait too long to be taken to the terminal or picked up.

Just a good all round experience, good prices, prompt services. Always makes the holiday easy.

Great service and location. The shuttle service was prompt making the wait minimal. Will definitely use again

Such a good service, with pleasant drivers but Manchester airport have now issued 2 parking fines which really has been most time consuming and an unnecessary inconvenience, along with most unexpected.
Obviously my complaint lies with them , not the service you have provided .

Really good service

Great service drop off to terminal. And pick up your car

Quick and easy service both with departure and arrival

I had a good experience, the shuttle to and from the airport was timely. The only criticism is that when you ring to be picked up it is not a direct number and you have to go through several options first.

I would have preferred to leave a positive review, but unfortunately my experience after collecting my car has been extremely disappointing.

I was advised by a member of staff to contact customer services regarding a partial refund for days I had paid for but did not use. Instead of resolving the issue, my requests have been ignored for weeks, and the only response offered was a discount that I already had access to.

The parking itself was straightforward, but the lack of customer service afterwards has been appalling. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely communication or a fair resolution

I always use APM. Every aspect is excellent from the initial booking to the collection.

Excellent service. We always use this carpark

The location is good, in fact it’s just over the fence/hedge from the Jetparks.
It’s a safe and secure place.
The minibus transfer was on time with no problems waiting about.

Close to the airport and good service by the team.

On arrival, clear concise parking, close to pick up,luggage put into mini bus ,receipt given for return, upon return ,one call max ten mins straight back to car ,perfect thank you ,will always use you now 1st class

Everything went smooth. However when returning be prepared to wait for their bus for up to 45 mins at the airport.

Excellent service very reliable great prices

Easy to book and reasonable price for the time our car was parked. Speedy pickup from the terminal and only 5 mins back to our vehicle. Thanks and we will be using you again

Really easy to use and a great service - would definitely recommend

Easy to find your premises. Very efficient getting checked in, and car parked up. Quickly transported to airport. Staff really friendly. When we returned back to Manchester airport, the minibus picked us up promptly. .

Would highly recommend. Very easy and smooth process.
