We were shipped the wrong size filters
We were shipped the wrong size filters. I called to ask & was assured I'd be sent the correct size. My credit card was charged but I have yet to receive the filters. The packing slip indicated the size I need but I got a larger one I have no use for.

The size filters I got were larger than advertised and ordered.
The size filters I got were larger than what was advertised and would not fit into my furnace intake. However I didn’t read the actual sizes I just picked the brand I thought I have so it’s my fault mostly. Sorry.

I ordered a 5 by 20 by 20 inch filter. The filter that came had that label on it but the dimensions were all bigger by a half inch and thus didn't fit.
