Carton they were in was smashed in and filters were bent and messed up.

Box and filters were damaged from the delivery. Waiting for the replacement filters to arrive. I had to call back again since the replacement filters were never shipped.

My first order of filters came so damage I could not use them. I contacted customer support to let them know. They asked for pictures of the damaged filters. I sent them and they immediately reordered the filters. The new came in great shape. I believe your company stands by your filters. The response back was quick and thorough. Love the quality of the filters that I have purchased from you, over the years. Pricing is very good, too.

You pack filters in a box too large to protect the product, with no packing material or bubble wrap. As a result the customer received a banged up and bent group of filters that are of no use ti anyone.

On the plus side, when I complained you did credit me for the purchase and sent replacements. However, the replacements arrived damaged.

I ordered the same filters 2 years ago and both times they were delivered damaged by Ups. Not just the box they came in but dented so bad the filters were too!!

Company stands behind what they sell, and when something isn't right they are there to communicate with and provide excellent customer service and follow up. Will use them in the future

I needed filters, so I paid what was charged. Aerostar 16x20x1 MERV 11 cost TWICE what I formerly paid through Filters Delivered and the Aerostar filters appear to be lesser quality. I will purchase filters elsewhere in the future.
