Company stands behind what they sell, and when something isn't right they are there to communicate with and provide excellent customer service and follow up. Will use them in the future
I needed filters, so I paid what was charged. Aerostar 16x20x1 MERV 11 cost TWICE what I formerly paid through Filters Delivered and the Aerostar filters appear to be lesser quality. I will purchase... Se mer

Ordering direct, no middle man mark up!
We have used these MERV 13 filters since COVID came to town in 2020 and found they also reduced issues with asthma symptoms and allergies far better than other filters we had used. They also are superior for owners of long-haired, beautiful cats…

Only place that could get the right fit
Only place that could get the right fit
I have a weird custom size hvac system that requires a cut to size filter, and the only place that does this right is airfiltersdelivered.com … and I’ve tried a lot of places. Definitely my go-to site for custom air filters at a fair price.

Cheaply made with tissue paper frames
As others have mentioned, Airfiltersdelivered Areostar filters have their outer frames made of tissue paper – not cardboard. What that means is that they won’t seal, and when they ship them to you totally unprotected tossed in a box, most are crushed beyond repair. I wish I would have come to this site before I wasted money on them. In short, they’re so bad, they shouldn’t be legal to even sell as an “air filter” given that they’re so cheaply made, they could never seal even before said shipping damage!

My AC unit takes an off size filter…
My AC unit takes an off size filter that can not be found in any store , this is my third order of filters from them and happy with the company .
Do not wait till last minute to order as shipping time is roughly a week but again my filters are custom size so they make them .

Consider before you order
Pros- Filter arrives in good order if one considers the "Cons"
Cons- Their shipping department does not provide complete address on package. Which involved contact with UPS, can be cumbersome at best. Happened twice to me!
Order more than one or two filters. Shipping department apparently only has boxes for larger quantity and NO material to fill the void.
Don't expect an answer from their customer service. I received NO answer on multiple inquiries (on order 23325).
