Beautiful Tristar received very quickly despite my worries, looks fabulous! Received earlier than promised by courier as well (3 days), very impressed.

Yes it took awhile to ship but it's totally worth it. I got this for my pilot son and his girlfriend who fly airbuses. It's huge and takes up the whole wall and he absolutely loves it! Well done!

The customer service is exceptional. I ordered from the USA for a delivery in Poland. When I placed the order I put the wrong delivery address so immediately sent an email to cancel the order and I would reorder. Anna immediately emailed back that wasn't necessary she would make the change. Then I discovered that they had a plane the model my son works on so I emailed again to cancel the order and I would make a new one for the correct model. Again, no worries they would handle it. They notified me when it was in production and then when it would be shipped. It arrived 3 days earlier than I expected and our son was thrilled with the quality and that is was the correct model. It's challenging to find a gift for a son who lives 15000 miles away that would be really meaningful to him and they managed to give us that. Thank you for being so easy to work with, cooperative with so many changes and very communicative during the whole process. I look forward to working with you again.

After many delays and late delivery and a mediocre product I just got a bill for $15 from FedEx for which I did not approve. I was told that the delivery would be free shipping and no FedEx requires me to pay them $15? Ain’t gonna happen. Beware of this company do not order from them.

We were excited to find this unique item for our aviation enthusiast. It was delivered 19 days after ordering, which is incredible given that it had to be made and shipped half around the world, clearing customs etc.
The item is exactly as pictured and was well packaged. It is well made with a nice matte finish, easy to hang, and looks beautiful.

I can't speak to the item itself as it is a gift to be opened by the recipient. I took the advice to order early for Christmas giving, the warning had been that shipping could be 5 weeks or more. Kudos to your choice of shipper as I received almost daily and multiple emails to track. The item was delivered in under 3 weeks.

On the arrival of my purchase, I was initially disappointed. I had expected a large silhouette to place on the wall and unfortunately received a 20” version, on further investigation I realised that it was my mistake and I’d ordered the wrong size! The artwork was also damaged on arrival but after contacting the company, they sent me a replacement. The artwork is very well made and will look great on display (despite being smaller than expected). My husband was thrilled with his gift.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised how well the plane art was made. My grandson loves it and has it hanging on the wall over his bed .
Took about a month to receive from Lithuania, but was worth the wait. Thinking of ordering another but not sure how tariff will affect price.

I had no idea. I was ordering an extra small. I thought it was 50 inches. That is my fault, but still disappointed in my purchase.

The art arrived a day early and it's beautiful! It was a gift for my husband, who is an airline mechanic & he was blown away by this! It was something that he never would have bought for himself, so it's a great gift. He ordered another silhouette to compliment the one I ordered for him to decorate his office. I'm very impressed by the quality, the tracking was spot on & there was no damage to the packaging.

Superb detail and overall finish really make a great feature on the wall.
I do feel a little more packing protection is needed ,especially with the longer models.
Just folded cardboard each side is risky.
My second model arrive OK but the cardboard was slightly warped.

I received my order within 3 weeks of placement. The aircraft was in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. I even enjoyed the shipping updates as my order came from Lithuania to the USA. Thank you!
