I'm quite happy with the product delivered.

However, he delivery service is a whole other matter. I don't order from other countries that often, maybe a 5-10 times a year. This delivery is the first time there was no pre-duties collected or a duties due tag on the packaging when delivered.

I've received multiple communications from the shipper selected and paid for by Ocean Silhouettes, indicating I owe duties of $9 and a service fee of $15. I didn't agree to any service fees. I'm not the shipping customer, Ocean Silhouettes was. I contacted Ocean Silhouettes and they point to their FAQ that says you may have to pay duties. Duties is one thing but service fees are NOT.

I'm still waiting on a copy of the duties paperwork to confirm anything was or is owed. Ocean Silhouettes is not taking any responsibility. Very poor customer service in my opinion!

The silhouette looks realy nice, everytime you look at it, it is different in details and in shadows. I am very happy with this on my wall.

From order (2-18-26) to delivery (3-19-26), if I had any questions, Eva was there to answer them.

Excellent rendition of a pic I sent of my 32 Regulator. Exact with nice lines of hull , radar, antennas etc. I can even tell they are Suzuki’s.
Don’t be in a rush but communication was good about approval of the production art and the estimated timing.
Packaged well and looks great on the wall. It has about a 3/8” offset hanger balance centered and small studs that keep it from laying flat against the wall giving more of a 3 D look.

I had a custom design and from day one the communication was just great and on Level. Anna made my changes quick and we had a good chat. But the result was just awesome, high quality and great finish. It needs time, yes. But it’s worth waiting. To be honest, the packaging seemed a bit flimsy, but I had no damages, so it was fine.

Love their work! The boat silhouettes is an extremely accurate representation of our vessel. A unique piece of art, it gets many compliments from our guests!

I received my order which did take longer than expected didn't know it was coming from Europe. Had to pat duty on top of cost. I realize the dimensions were on the site but it was much smaller than expected. And for about 125.00 canadian with duty I don't feel I got my monies worth. However it is a gift and he will love it not knowing the cost. Will be perfect on his desk.

Absolutely perfect! It's a wedding present for my husband to be...so I can't post a picture yet. It's beautiful and the contact I had during the designing fase was excellent. They added the name and even used the same letter type that we have on our boat. I will post a picture after our
wedding, July 25th❤️⛵️
