Unfortunately you use Royal Mail for the delivery which was a nightmare re tracking information which was completely untrue( prove by CCTV)- obviously you have apologised and advised the issue has been reported to Royal Mail

Very happy with the model, even more beautiful than the pictures. I won't hesitate to order other models from here :)

Arrived promptly a gift for my grandson he was very pleased with the last one.

The model itself is perfect. But I paid for 48 hour delivery for a birthday. Got the confirmed delivery slot. It took 4 days, hence only 3 stars. If you buy something, allow extra delivery time, as it’s not accurate.

I place a pre-order in July for display model of the new Goodyear NT Blimp ..The customer service was great…my blimp will ship soon…Thank you…Michael..👍🇺🇸😀…..

I had previously ordered and everything was fine. This time I placed an order in June for a model and by October it still had not arrived. I am aware that sometimes the manufacturer takes a while to deliver to the retailer, however, this was ridiculous. The store agreed to refund and said it would take 10 days. 2 weeks later and nothing. I communicated with the store and their response was that because it was now considered an old order their system would not refund and they had to do a manual refund. They asked for my details again and said it would take 7 days to hit my bank, and still nothing. Now I will need to raise a complaint with my credit card company. My advise would be to keep away from this company.

Don't pre-order from AMS.
Despite pre-ordering, I saw the item actually came into stock but they just haven't fulfilled my pre-order and they're now saying on their site it's in low stock - great, but where's my pre-order? I have had to chase them on this. For my second pre-order they just deleted the original item from their website and have done nothing about my pre-order, I have had to chase them again. My concern is that I still have 1 more pre-order outstanding, but as far as this one being fulfilled, I may as well flip a coin as to whether it happens or not. For items they have in stock, AMS are 100% fine, but don't ever use them for pre-ordering. I certainly won't be pre-ordering from them again.

I have bought 4 different plane models of there 1/250 1/250 1/200 1/200 they are great condition always arrived on the date it said it would arrive no missing pieces I will always buy from ams as it’s a great place to get your models from

Helpful staff when I made a mistake to my phone online order, they were quick to respond to my email and able to rectify my order

I purchased a mat featuring the airport's aircraft parking area and a set of support vehicles, all in 1/200 scale. I had a positive experience both with the purchase and with the shipping and receiving times. I think I'll buy from them again, although unfortunately the customs fees are quite significant.

Purchased an aircraft model for a birthday gift. Paid the premium for next day delivery with DPD, noticed that it was dispatched with DHL and arrived 3 days later. I reached out to customer service who just said “fingers crossed it arrives earlier”. On delivery the box and the aircraft model box was badly damaged. This is the last time I’ll be placing an order with this company and will use others I’ve used in the past.

Ordered 2 planes for my Grandson. Order arrived quickly. Was kept informed each step of the way from order to delivery. Great stuff. Will be odrdering more as my Grandson loves planes and he has a long list of ones he would like 😂😂

Plutôt satisfait dans l’ensemble !
Le colis était bien sécurisé et très satisfait de mes 2 nouvelles maquettes ( WB4031 et WB4033). Cependant petit bémol sur les dimensions car les 2 avions ne sont pas de même hauteur (au niveau des ailes) alors que c’est la même échelle et la même marque… Je pense qu’il y a eu un mauvais ajustement des ailes par Aviation400 mais AMS aurait pu remarquer cela… De plus grosse surprise de recevoir un mail d’UPS m’informant que je devais payer des droits de douane exorbitants pour une livraison en France… donc au final, malgré des prix bas sur le site, on se fait un peu avoir car ce n’est pas indiqué au moment de l’achat…

What great service, excellent products, we bought three items. This is the first time we have used you but it will not be the last. The planes are for my grandson for his birthday he already has over 120 no models, he is only seven. He will be over the moon with them, Christmas coming.

Ordered at 1pm delivered the next day (Saturday) by 2pm with royal mail.28

I preordered the new Virgin Atlantic 40th Anniversary model this was easy and received confirmation of my order by email the model actually arrived early well packed as always excellent service again from AMS Team and model is a 1/200 classic stunning model
