Fantastic models, great service and very quick delivery, a superb company to deal with.

Bought a 1/200 scale model and airport diorama. Arrived quickly and great communication from AMS.

I’ve been ordering from AMS for well over 8 years now and in that time I have had just one mishap which was dealt with straight away with the upmost professionalism. I collect both 1:200 scale and 1:400 scale and have just purchased the AMS 1/400 & 1/500 Scale Foldable Hard-Board Airport Mat, which is absolutely brilliant and a must for any 1:400 scale collector. AMS my addiction for 1:400 scale models has returned 🤦🏻😂

Seriously though, Ben and all the staff at AMS are brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. One of the best companies out there for our amazing hobby, and my first go to web-site for my models.

I ordered a few different models. All very good quailty and at a reasonable price. There was a stock issue with one, so I could wait or they offered me to swap models, so I swapped and had no issues in doing so. Easy to contact and use this company

-the release dates are always abit unstable some are on time some aren’t but the team is always helpful

The models arrived alright, it was the delivery i had problems with, having to pay U. P. S. For the delivery cost instead of paying the cost to the model store, i had to phone them several times looking for my parcel, the first time they delivered it too early in the morning, they told my package would be delivered the next day, still no sign of it, phoned them again only to be told it was back in the warehouse and that i had to pay for the delivery even though i already had so i quoted them the code they gave me from a previously phone call, finally it did arrive Thursday afternoon, i won't be using U. P. S. Again, poor service plus they should phone their customers before they deliver their parcels to let them know what time and date it will be delivered instead of catching them unaware.

The is model is so good and the price is even better I got this hogan wings Lufthansa a350 came in great condition compared to my others model only issue but I’m still leaving a 5 star is communication was not the best my model didn’t come on time and I had no mail a bid disappointed but I’m very impressed 👌👌

my last order was of a gloster gladiator which arrived and I also ordered a French spad, which did not arrive but what did arrive was as per description on the invoice a bi-plane camo. how can I order one thing and get something that was not ordered?

Order arrived damaged, helpful enough with sending this back by providing a returns label. No refund provided as yet as no replacement stock exists. They have sat on the return for an extended period and when chasing simply repeat the mantra 'they are waiting for the warehouse to inspect it'. Lots of failure here and terrible customer service. Just not good enough.

Update: Refund has been provided after too many emails and wasting time chasing. Refund was only provided promptly after asking about the formal complaint process and sending a link to this review to your customer service agent by email. Sad this was even required.

Model arrived next day, was well packaged and exactly as described. Good communication - would recommend !!

I ordered two items, for which I received notification of dispatch and a tracking number. Eight days later Royal Mail state they have no such package in their system. AMS refuse to accept this and basically laid the fault on me and will not provide a refund. I cancelled all outstanding orders with them. I used to give 5 star reviews. After previous incidents having to remind them they'd not posted items, reviews fell to 3 stars. But now it's a 1 star review because 0 stars isn't allowed. I would no longer recommend AMS as a trusted supplier, myself and others now avoid the company.
