Our collection includes passenger aircraft, cargo aircraft and private jet models in a variety of scales. Depending on the individual model, features may include detailed exterior liveries, visible cabin interiors, removable landing gear, opening sections and sound-activated LED lighting. Specifications, dimensions and included features are clearly stated on each product page. We offer international shipping to supported destinations, order tracking and customer support by email. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the return and refund terms published on our website.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es bei der Zustellung dieser Bestellung zu Schwierigkeiten gekommen ist.
Die Bestellung wurde von uns am 25. Juli ordnungsgemäß versandt. DHL hat den Zustellversuch jedoch als „Annahme verweigert“ vermerkt, während Sie uns mitgeteilt haben, dass Sie das Paket nicht abgelehnt haben.
Um eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden, haben wir dennoch eine erneute Zustellung veranlasst und die zusätzlich entstandenen Versandkosten vollständig übernommen. Wir bleiben weiterhin mit unserem Logistikpartner in Kontakt und verfolgen den Vorgang, bis das Zustellproblem geklärt ist.

Lufthansa 747-8 "100 years Lufthansa"
The Lufthansa 747-8 in the colours of the "100 Years Lufthansa" anniversery is absolutely stunning. The parts fit perfectly, the colours are beautiful and the LEDs inside of the "Queen" are a further highlight. It is quite heavy so it feels very well built.

Excellent model that will look great in my display cabinet. Delivery time was ok and the item was well packaged. Will probably be ordering more models shortly.

Express shipping is a scam
I paid for express shipping, which advertised the product being delivered after 3-5 business days after shipping, so far it's been 10 days and I still don't have the model which is beyond what it should be even for standard shipping.
When I complained they only offered a $10 rebate on the shipping, which despite saying would take a day still hasn't been given after 2 days.
So yes, don't bother shelling out money for express shipping because they won't or can't be responsible for delays from China or anywhere else.

Your order was shipped during a period of severe typhoon weather, which caused disruption to international air transport and delayed a number of shipments. Although the parcel was sent using an expedited service, extreme weather and subsequent carrier backlogs affected the final delivery time.
We have already contacted the logistics provider and requested priority handling for your parcel. We will continue monitoring the shipment until it is delivered.
The $10 shipping refund has already been submitted. Refunds do not always appear immediately after processing and may take approximately 1–3 business days to be reflected, depending on the bank or payment provider.
We understand that you paid extra because you expected a faster delivery, and we are genuinely sorry that the service did not meet that expectation.

The delivery has not arrived yet and there is not tracking option. Feels like I have spent 160 Euros for nothing.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration.
Your order was placed on June 27. We packed and handed the parcel to the logistics provider on June 28, and it was scanned and dispatched on June 29.
Due to recent typhoon-related disruptions affecting air transportation, the parcel was delayed in transit. It arrived in Germany on July 6 and was selected for a routine customs inspection on July 7. After being released normally on July 8, the package has now reached the delivery center and is waiting for local delivery.
We are closely monitoring the shipment and will continue following up until it is successfully delivered. Thank you for your patience, and again we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have checked your order. Due to flight delays caused by Typhoon Bavi over the Pacific, the shipment was temporarily delayed. This was a weather-related situation outside of our control.
As soon as we noticed the issue, we immediately arranged a new flight route and updated the tracking number to keep your package moving. Your order is currently on its way to the United States.
Please rest assured that your package is still in transit. The tracking information should update once it is scanned by the carrier again. We will continue to monitor the shipment for you.

Sold things that they didn’t have. I ordered a plane for my sons birthday several weeks before the day but they couldn’t deliver in time.

We are truly sorry that the model you ordered was not available and could not arrive in time for your son’s birthday.
The product was shown as available because of an inventory synchronisation error, but the standard version was unfortunately already out of stock when your order was being prepared. As soon as we discovered the issue, we contacted you and offered either a free upgrade to a premium version or an alternative model, together with priority shipping.
We fully understand that ordering several weeks in advance should have been enough, especially for such an important birthday gift. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused you and your son.
