I think it's safe to say all of the models that this store sells are of the best quality. They certainly do live up to expectations. However, when it comes to CS and leaving customers in the dark, this is also is something this store does well. You always know the mark of a great online store when things go wrong however on this occasion for me, things couldn't have been handled much worse.

Having paid for "Royal Mail 48 hour delivery" my item arrived, 7 days later. You would think I lived in a remote area of the UK, I do not. I totally understand how the delivery estimates are "best efforts" but with that being said, no delivery SLAs on their website is very poor. I didn't pay for essentially £5 for my order to arrive whenever it wants and if your courier cannot meet the expectations of the delivery time frame you are charging customers for then it is YOUR responsibility as a store to keep customers up to date on YOUR OWN WEBSITE with up to date SLAs. The persistent passing of the blame to the courier within contact to the company was apparent in each communication, with each company representative failing to take ownership of the situation and just passing the blame.

Basically if you order from here remember, your £4.95 or more delivery will just arrive whenever it wants and if you're lucky, it will arrive within the time frame provided.

I purchased a brilliant air tag made from a wonderful Dash8 ex Flybe. It’s a wonderful memento from many years of flying Flybe in most likely this aircraft to Germany, Netherlands, France and also all over Uk. It’s a great addition to any collection. Thanks a lot ! Item is great but import costs to Ireland are more than the item itself! Buyer's beware. I won't be purchasing from them again for this reason alone

Very disappointing to receive another model where there were faults. I don't see how it is so difficult to send out a model in good order. This time the box had completely fallen apart - this must have been obvious when it was sent out and yet it was still sent. I have had a number of issues with broken models being received. They are always sorted out eventually but surely there needs to be internal checking before models are sent out which are not 100%. Very disappointing as I have bought a lot of models from them but have had numerous issues over the past year. Offering 10% off when you have paid out a lot of money and have a broken model really isn't sufficient.

States items will be despatched within a timescale and does not meet this. They then make promises about monitoring an order and cancelling if not depatched wihin a certain time and then fail to carry out what they promised. Disapointing.

Easy to order, quick service and delivery

The model is smaller than I expected but I can live with that. I also paid £8.50 for next day delivery but it took 2 days which would have been half the cost of next day.

I bought a plane that was 50euro from Ireland, but then after a few days I had to pay 34euro tariff.
I know its not there fault directly but i should have been made know of this at the time of purchase. They should show this on their website.

Ordered an item over 16 days ago. Paid extortionate shipping for 48 hour delivery (cheapest option they had). I have emailed twice to ask where my goods are and I just keep getting fobbed off that it's "still in the warehouse". Am about to ask for refund or carry out a charge back request due to non delivery. Will not order again.

Delivery was super fast! Order was packed properly and no damage to my items.

I've been using AMS for a while and the model selection and quality is excellent. They come very well protected in the packaging. Hope to order some more soon.

Still waiting for my package. Won’t be delivered until December the 13th at earliest without paying out for more postaged due to one item not available until the eleven. When the items bought on the November the 7th
