I don’t feel 5 stars are enough for the level of service I have received. I have been looking for a Virgin Atlantic A350 for my son’s 9th birthday as we travelled on one to and from Orlando a few weeks ago and he’s been driving me crazy for one since. After a quick google search I came upon AMS. Found the plane I was looking for a decided to make a purchase and honestly AMAZED is not the word. Everything was so easy it arrived quicker than expected and packaged really well. I could not believe the quality from the way it’s made to the way it looks but what really took me back was it was the EXACT plane we flew to Orlando on “red velvet” seeing my boys face was priceless. So much so we are on our way to a collection now as I have since ordered an A380. I contacted AMS to say how impressed I was and received a lovely email back from Jeffrey that made my day and makes you feel like a person more than just another “customer” I cannot recommend this company enough, their range and service really is second to none.

The customer service was top notch, which is really important for a good aircraft model store. Their collection is amazing, with international shipping with all fees paid so you have no extra fees at delivery. Highly recommend

I have only recently started doing business with Aircraft Model Store (AMS). Their website is detailed and easy to use. I have placed two orders so far and on both occassions the service was quick and professional. Delivery took approx a week to my door (in South Africa), using UPS, which is very fast compaired to what I'm used to. The aircraft models were from various manufacturers and their quality and features are as expected from the manufacturers. Overall experience with AMS, from order to delivery, was outstanding!

Excellent customer service from Jeffrey! Model arrived with a missing part, however easily sorted and a replacement arrived in days. Easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Superb service. Model came super quick

Saw the aviation tag on their Facebook page as an advert. It just so happens it was on my Facebook memories the day before when I boarded that actual aircraft. So it was a no brainer to add it to my collection. The order process was seamless as you'd expect these days. Even dropped them a message via messenger to let them know of the personal story behind the tag. They replied after the weekend (I messaged them late Saturday evening) with personal message back. Supplied the tracking in the message also.

The tag arrived in perfect condition & unaware to me, it was a limited run so is extra meaningful.

Overall faultless all the way through.

I haven't received my product in the mail yet and it's been 3 weeks since I have ordered my product.

I’ve purchased several 1:400 scale models from AMS and all of them have arrived safely and with no damage whatsoever. AMS also has the largest selection of models that I’ve seen and most of what I need.

I loved the fast shipping and the store itself looks awesome. I want to buy in the future definetly more diecasts from AMS.

However what makes it not 5 stars is that I ordered a single 1:400 diecast model which was put inside a cardboard mailbox. So the people working at the postal office squezed multiple times the box inside a mailbox shaped thing which completely destroyed the box of the 1:400. However I was lucky that the diecast plane came safe and sound, but I am kinda dissapointed that I cant save or collect the box itself since its completely destroyed.
