My first Dreamliner just arrived from AMS Airplane Models Store and I’m beyond satisfied. The model is beautifully crafted, extremely accurate, and looks incredible in the display. Shipping was quick and professional, with good packaging to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition. The only annoying part was domestic customs, that took a bit longer to process. But in overall smooth and trustworthy buying experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for serious collectors!

Model was on special offer - arrived on time and in great (new) condition. This is a 'snap-fit' model - one of the jets had come off the wing but pushed back on easily with no repair or glue necessary.

3I've shopped at this aviation model store for some time now on and off, ....So I've seen them improve from the early days when you didn't know if the item was in stock or pre order until you had paid for it! ... but now they've really got their act together with regard to what's in stock and what you may need to pre order. They have a very large selection of models at competitive prices and shipping rates. They also have a reward scheme which is great too if you by a lot of models so as your collection expands you get a nice little treats or incentive to come back. I have to say though my main source for models is / was Aviation Megastore in Netherlands but with the UK tightening up on import duty soon it looks like I may have curtail that avenue of pleasure and start buying from closer to home. So I'm going to miss the shear array of manufacturers plus the massive buying power they had for getting new release models on the shelves quicker than their rivals. I just hope AMS get as big.....keep up the continous improvement. Its always been a great shopping experience and if its not been up to scratch (usually a shipping misshap with royal mail) you always put it right which is the main thing!! ....hats off to you AMS.

Excellent service from AMS. I ordered the wrong mat for my son for Christmas and the customer service team were really helpful and sent the replacement out promptly.

My son loves the planes from here and although there are other companies, AMS seem better value for money, more choice and they often have good offers on when you spend over a certain amount.

Pretty good results i got, i ordered the planes and i got them 3 days later which is very fast from my experiences so great for me!

AMS has an excellent catalogue, with models being both diverse and up-to-date. Purchasing from AMS is easy and straightforward, and I keep finding myself coming back. Their loyalty programme is also subtle, not pushing you to register or login. But, if you do have an account, your points are very easily added and redeemed. My collection has grown quite a bit since I started using AMS.

What really helps me shop with confidence is the excellent customer service AMS provides. All my queries have been answered promptly and each reply is always informative and helpful. I never expect an issue, but it's good to know that if there ever was one, AMS would strive to put it right.
