I’ve placed numerous orders with AMS and always been impressed. The website is slick with a great selection, prices are competitive and delivery is super quick. On the couple of times I’ve had an issue with a model (manufacturer defect, not AMS’s fault), the customer service has been absolutely top class and resolved the problem by offering a series of options to best suit me. Very satisfied and would highly recommended 👌🏼

I ordered a model aircraft on the 11th…
I ordered a model aircraft on the 11th of May 2026 and paid extra for the Parcel Force 24 hour delivery option. The parcel then was not delivered to my home address until the 14th of May 2026. Highly disappointed with this level of customer service and feel that my money was taken under false pretences.

We’re sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive within the expected timeframe. The Parcel Force 24 option refers to the courier service selected after dispatch, however delays can occasionally occur within the courier network which are outside of our direct control. We do understand your disappointment and will contact you separately to obtain your order information so we can look further into the delay.

Excellent first class service. I have only just started my collection of 1/200 aircraft and I must say the detail on the models are exceptional. I look forward to next month when I can afford to buy another one. 👍🏻

Delivery was fast however spending £280…
Delivery was fast however spending £280 i expected more from the models i received. A lot of which were either very small or plastic which i wouldn't expect for the price of them. £50 for a plastic model is not very acceptable. And another £50 for a tiny model plane again is very expensive and I've had much better models for a much lower price from elsewhere.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re pleased delivery was fast, though we’re sorry the models were not quite what you expected. The size of the models is based on the scale and dimensions of the real aircraft, which means some planes can appear much smaller than others. The brands included in your order, such as Phoenix, NG Models, and Herpa, are considered top-tier collectible manufacturers and are known for their detailed finishing and accuracy.
Some collectors prefer heavier die-cast styles, while others prefer highly detailed display models, so preferences can vary. We also stock many other brands and ranges which may be more suitable for the style and finish you are looking for.
Very Good but...
Very good company but the Gemini Jets aircraft are not good... I know they are bought in but the are selling them. The Delta A350 aircraft has fallen apart missing an engine and wheels... Don't buy or sell. Everything else is AMAZING!
