After 2 weeks of feeling unwell in a foreign country, I decided to try this service. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was honestly very easy to navigate and within a few hours I had been assessed by a doctor and given the help I needed.

Excellent treatment with a professional doctor.

The service was very quick and efficient. Even though my Spanish is fairly good, it is stressful to navigate another country’s health system for the first time. The service put me in touch with a nearby English-speaking doctor who was excellent and thorough, providing a full exam and able to give me a prescription for the medication needed.

After many frustrating searches, I found Air Doctor, which was extremely efficient. I was able to find a doctor who served the province I was in; the scheduling process was easy, I received very quick email responses, and the entire journey was clearly explained by the platform. I highly recommend it and will definitely use it again.

Dr Marc was outstanding. He is clearly very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable, and his English is excellent. He explained everything in a calm, clear, and easy-to-understand way, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. Outstanding visit. From the intake to the evaluation and treatment, the entire process was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this service. I'm unwell and have been for few days. Air Doctor comes as a free add-on with my Post Office Travel Insurance policy so it was the obvious choice when looking for medical advice.
I logged onto their app at 3pm and requested an appointment the same day. Within 20 minutes an appointment came back, a home visit at 4pm. Amazing!
The charming English speaking doctor arrived exactly on time at our apartment.
She listened while I told her my symptoms and understood my problem
She gave me reassuring advice and left medication to save having to go to the pharmacy.

Ich habe nach der Untersuchung gleich die erforderlichen Medikamente mitbekommen, ohne einen Cent zu bezahlen müssen. Wow, sehr empfehlenswert
