We have only praise for this company. Their communication through the pension process was second to none. They took all the stress out of the selection of a pension company. I recently had the pleasure of using Age Partnership for equity release, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and I felt supported every step of the way.
The individual I dealt with, Alex Chisholm, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all the details of the equity release plan. He answered all my questions with clarity and patience, ensuring that I was comfortable with each decision.
What stood out most was the transparency and how Alex never pushed me into any decision. The process was very smooth, and I felt like I had all the time I needed to make an informed choice. The Age Partnership team as a whole made the paperwork and procedures hassle-free, and I genuinely felt like they were there to help me, not just sell a product.
