Wow what a company !
Ordered bed but asked for a delayed delivery as wasn’t sure on availability to be at property.
On day of delivery we had travel issues and were going to be later then originally thought. Contacted the drivers who immediately sorted the issue and delivered later in the day.
Zed and James were the delivery guys who went above and beyond. Quickly removing the old bed and then bringing in and building the beautiful new bed.
Once complete gave some tips on using the ottoman bed.
Bed is gorgeous and really comfortable.

I left a review on Google so wanted to add my bit here, I’d just gotten delivery of one of the supreme 2500 pocket mattresses from the site, absolutely amazing quality! Would deffo buy again.. most likely when this one has lived its life.

After trying the usual high street shops DFS and the likes. I came across Adeline Waterson thanks to the recommendation of a dear friend. I can not thank these guys enough the service from start to finish was utmost proffessional. The guys here went above and beyond. I am very fussy in terms of what I like. These guys answered my every question from the start of the process to the end. Will be using these guys again.
