The delivery drivers were awful!
The delivery drivers were awful!! We paid an extra £29.99 to have the old mattress removed which they refused to take then just dumped the new mattress in the hallway next to the old one. I rang them to ask if they would please take the new mattress upstairs for my mum who is over 60 & suffers with a bad back & to ask why they didn’t take the old mattress we’d paid to be taken & they where nothing but rude..
The people at the shop though were lovely very apologetic & refunded me £44.99

Very happy customer
Very happy customer. Ordered 2 double ottoman beds and they were delivered within a couple of days. No issue with delivery time. Beds are of high quality. Delivery driver Romi was on his own delivering and assembling both beds in a 3 storey house, hard work for 1 man but he was prompt and very polite while doing so. Thanks Romi 👍

Great delivery driver
Despite the delivery time being notified just a little late, the delivery driver made up for that and more by his cheerful and very helpful attitude. Full marks to him. I have yet to install the headboard but it looks as advertised.

Absolutely fantastic UK based and handmade
Absolutely fantastic British Made, small buisness with excellent communication from order to delivery.
Kept me updated every step of the way.
Less that a week turnaround for a pretty much bespoke bed.
The options of colours, styles, storage aswell as headboards footboard etc all to match.
Price is fairly priced. You can get cheaper elsewhere, but with limited options. Believe me I looked.
Very reasonably priced for such great quality.

Defected mattress. Faulty. Workmanship.
I did have a problem with a mattress purchased from this company, I contacted their customer service via live chat, explaining problem sent them photos, they admitted the mattress was defected and assured me they would resolve, they did this very quickly by instantly refunded purchase to my account, customer service was absolutely fantastic could not fault very helpful and friendly for this i have to give them 5 stars. this is my honest review. but i can’t say i would purchase from them again others may have better experience than i did
